The view is fantastic. Quiet and no other building around.

We could not manage to run the heater, but it was not a problem for us as it was not very cold and we managed with one extra blanket. We could have asked the host for help but we did not bother.

The design of the place and its location are so amazing and unique, with beautiful sea view and private beach. Paddling boards and sun loungers were also available and free to use.

The parking space, although ample, needs some minor improvements regarding the slopes, the obstacles, and the access to the main road (maybe some warning sings for other drivers?).

The location, the view, and the unique access to the water, combined with excellent aesthetics, colours, and functionality constitute a little gem that we were lucky enough to discover and enjoy for two days. We wished to stay longer, and we will surely come back again. Thank you for creating this fantastic place.

If I could offer some advice to the manager, a dish rack and a tea towel is a must in the kitchen. Also, although we were grateful for the coffee pods, a few extra staples in the kitchen would have been appreciated (like they provide in most other holiday lettings). It’s the little extra touches that make a huge difference.

Very clean and spacious studio with an amazing view. There is a parking space and a verandah to enjoy the view. You can also have a swim off the steps at the bottom of the property. The location is about a 5 minute drive out of Vathy, but far enough to feel privacy and serenity. The manager communicated well with us. Everything in the apartment was lovely including a comfy bed.

Could do with more storage for luggage and clothing. No washing facilities and a little too far from town for me who didn't hire a car due to duration of stay.

The view firstly..The cleanliness. It's near new and modern. Bedding was comfortable. Facilities for cooking there were good.

The aesthetics were great very modern Bed was super comfortable. Coffee was amazing . I think it’s a Greece thing but they don’t leave milk or sugar with the coffee . So make sure you go to the shop first .

The location was incredible!! It had fantastic views of the sea and the mountains! It was like being on an amazing cruise, without the motion. We loved this place and the host was great! My hundred questions where answered with patience. Genuine Greek hospitality here. The decor, the building style and colors where beautiful to us. We had everything we needed and more. We where actually able to swim right below the house. There is a platform and you can access the amazing crystal clear water below. It was exceptional. We can’t wait to return. Also we rented a boat from the owner and cruised the length of the island. The boat was great and the adventure was one to be remembered.

Everything was perfect during our stay. 1 Our suite had all the necessary amenities. P 2 The appartment is built on a cliff. From the windows and the yard we could see the gulf and the surrounding mountains. The view is amazing! 3 There is a path which leads to the sea. From there we could dive into the blue water. 4 The host is very kind, discreet and willing to help us in any possible way. If our road lead us again to Ithaca, this apartment is a must. 10 out of 10

The location was superb. The property is located only 5 minutes’ drive from the ferry port and it is also 5-minute drive to the town of Vathy. The house is situated on a quiet cove, featuring a ‘private’ area where you can look at the sea and mountain on the opposite side. The view from the room is second to none - you feel so turn to the nature. It was really relaxing to be surrounded by nature like this. We loved the outside porch area of our room as well as the inside of the room. The accommodation is beautifully and tastefully designed and it is very comfortable to stay. The owner is very professional and friendly and we had a wonderful one week here. We also rented a boat from the owner’s company and he was kind enough to bring his boat to the private decking area, so we could have a boat trip from the accommodation directly. This was our 9th trip to a Greek islands and we have always stayed at nice accommodations but Akasha Suites 2 was the best accommodation we have stayed at!

There was nowhere really to put clothing or toiletries...just small hanging area. Would really have appreciated some drawers. Otherwise was perfect!

The furnishing is very clean and stylish but a bit more of wardrobe space would have been nice.

The photos on booking simply don't do Akasha suites justice. The place is so incredible. The room is very modern and very tasteful furnished. The view is just amazing. Vazilis and Eleni are such perfect hosts, they are always reachable, always ready to help or give advice. It's so nice that there are some bottles of water for you when you arrive. There was also a complimentary bottle of wine. There is a Nespresso machine with capsules ready for you. The bathroom is a nice size, I loved taking a shower with view on the Ionic Sea. The private beach is also very nice and would have been perfect with some deckchairs. It is a pity that you can not rate a property more than 10 because a certainly would.
