Amazing room, built into the cliff face. Great location and views. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Great big room. Location was perfect. Right in the centre but hidden away. Great big bed. Great view eating breakfast looking out at the caldera.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the room to the view; the breakfast was delicious every morning; and the staff were beyond amazing. EMILIO was super helpful with bringing our luggage to/from our room, and for meeting us at the taxi drop off point to help us with our luggage to the hotel. PANOS was exceptional as a host. He was present to greet us, explained everything about the hotel, and gave us tips on places to visit. He was also very attentive to our needs during our stay, checking in with us, daily. I would definitely recommend this place as it is central to the cable cars and bus stations, as well as amazing restaurants. Looking forward to when I can return again!

The property is absolutely gorgeous! The magnificent view & beautiful rooms are even better than the photos. We enjoyed a wonderful sunset view from our jetted tub each night, & a delicious breakfast on our patio each morning. For breakfast, each person can select what they want from a giant menu, so your plate is truly catered to you! The location is perfect - very walkable to great restaurants & exploring the winding paths of shops. The staff were incredibly kind & accommodating - carrying our luggage, quickly responding to questions & requests, & maintaining very clean facilities. The stay truly felt like a once in a lifetime experience & made our time in Santorini very special & magnificent! I would stay here again if I am fortunate enough to come back to Santorini & highly recommend to all other travelers!!

I really have no complaints but would let other future guests note that there is a steep staircase leading down the rooms, so if you have mobility challenges, this may not be the best spot for you.

The view is out of this world. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely every morning. The room is very comfortable and the aircon is perfect. The hot tub just made this even more perfect.

When arriving, the reception isn't very well signposted and you have to walk down some steep steps, there is a gate which is kind of annoying when you are carrying baggage. Breakfast is absolutely delicious, but they need to provide more food cloches to protect the food from flies and birds.

Breakfast was excellent, ordered the day before. Nothing beats a delivered breakfast with the the best view! Don't hesitate and book this hotel!

Suggest a freezer compartment for the mini fridge.

Everything nice and top, ok a 8 or 9 from 10 for breakfast but really nice employee

Unbelievable rooms, views and location. Luxurious. This stay created some good memories. worth all the money. Close to everything.

The site was in a fabulous location looking directly over the ocean with great views. A magnificent breakfast was included and was delivered to our balcony each morning.

There were about 50 steps from the road to the rooms. Being a bit older we found these a bit of a challenge but all hotels in Fira on the cliff side have this issue. Just something to be aware of.

This was absolutely a beautiful hotel. The views from our room was absolutely amazing. I will stay there again. Santorini is absolutely beautiful

Sensational Hotel with excellent location right in the middle of Fira and all the shops and bars

The shower area was a little dark. Maybe can install more lighting to make it look more brighter.
