Very badly set up in the kitchen - no knives, a few odd sized glasses. Would be so easy to improve the rooms for a higher rating.

We stayed on the top floor, and although there were three Wi-Fi networks available, unfortunately, none of them reached our apartment during our stay.

The property is located right on a beautiful beach. The host and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, and the location is truly amazing, offering stunning views. Although the parking in front was full, they immediately provided us with an alternative spot just 100 meters away. Honestly, I found the place even more beautiful than in the booking photos.

Could be a better experience for check in as you need to go to Eva Hotel for check in then walk another 5-10mins to the studio. No information provided for wifi.

Bed was unconfortable for us, it was too soft, practically we sank in it. Doors cannot be closed/opened softly, it is disturbing to hear other guests coming home at night.

Our room had a nice, comfortable terace with a wonderful sea view, so we could waiting for the sunrise here. We were on the first floor in a double room, it didn't have kitchenette, only a kettle. The room was very clean, towels are changed daily, linen every third day. The bathroom was old-dated but really clean. , Air-conditioning is effective. Perfect location, directly on the beach. The sunbeds and umbrellas are not for free, 12euro/day even for the guests.

We had an amazing stay at Akrogiali Studios in Nydri! The location is unbeatable, right on the water with stunning sea views from our balcony which made our stay so sublime. The studio was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect home away from home. The location is perfect too as there are plenty of shops and restaurants where it's at. It's very close to the port for ferry day cruise. The private beach area was a peaceful retreat, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful attending to our questions and needs. If you're looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay in Nydri, Akrogiali Studios is a top choice. Highly recommended!

Sound proofing was poor and could occasionally hear other guests and doors slamming in corridor, but was quiet most of the time.

Wonderful location, easily accessibleby public bus and car. Close to beach, boat activities, restaurants, and cafes. Spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. We regret that we didn't stay for longer and would definitely stay here again.

The self check-in felt a bit odd, I hadn’t read the messages thoroughly so didn’t realise at first but staff were friendly and helpful when contacted.

there was 1 very rude female staff that not only talked so loud constantly ruining the time for many customers on the beach area outside the apartment, but then decided to interrogate me personally as I was lay their quietly on a sun bed, questioning if I was staying there, the name of who checked me in etc telling me to pay for the bed. She was screaming at me for no reason in front of many other customers on the apartments beach. A lovely man working behind the bar came to talk to her once I’d had enough and left to sit inside. Later that day 2 women also staying here came to speak to me about his rude Greek woman overhearing everything said they were also furious with how rude she was when they were also trying to relax. She let the whole place down, which is a shame because the gentleman was so welcoming and friendly.

The location was really good 10meter.off the beach, Great view, room was tidy and clean. Cleaned daily, had to check in at a sister hotel but this was a few minutes walk. Staff where very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was at the sister hotel but again no issues as it was close by and reasonably priced. Overall a very good experience and I would happily go back there again. Hotel was priced well

Great location and ocean view. Easy access to Nydri town and beaches. Really nice terrace overlooking the ocean with an awesome view. Room is as described, and the kitchenette comes in handy. Airco worked great!
