Very clean and new hotel, nice beach, friendly staff. The menu is at a beach bar, for lunch or dinner you have to look for a restaurant.

It is our second time here. We received first-class service from the moment we arrived at the hotel until the moment we left. The location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from the room was simply stunning.

Very nice small hotel with its own private (sandy) beach. Rooms are small but nicely furnished and very clean. Good breakfast, quite varied, served on a beautiful terrace. Beach bar with service on the beach. Clean water and beautiful views. Better than other 3 star hotels I have experienced in Greece. A bit pricy though, I think one can get higher accomodation for the same costs. Did not have time to properly explore the nearby areas but it did not seem very attractive, neither wild nor truly developed. This is based however on a very short visit, maybe there are nice places worth spending more time and we just missed it.

The city loses power and water sometimes. In 4 days i experienced it twice. Once water was lost for 3-4 hours. Once electricity for 2 hours.

The parking is 5 mins away from the hotel, and there is no convenient way to drop off/pick up the luggage. The room’s front door is facing the road which is quite busy, and although the door is of high quality it was a more noisy than expected.

The staff was extremely friendly and were speaking English fluently. The room was perfect: clean, comfortable mattress, awesome view from the bed. The food was tasty. I liked the perfume in the lobby. The sun beds and shades were comfortable. I can’t stress enough how quickly they clean and tidy up the room - less than 30 minutes since we get out and it is cleaned, amazing!

Excellent location, relaxing and calm environment. Hotel has a nice design and rooms are spacious and comfy. Amazing view from the balcony. Staff is super friendly. Would definitely recommend and we will be back next season.

I have no complaints about the hotel and the staff. Unfortunately, there is no place to walk in Palio.

With private beach and sun beds available, I can’t really understand why they don’t provide beach towels but you have to buy at €25 each!?

This is the hotel where I found everything I needed for a wonderful vacation. spacious rooms, beautiful sandy beach with crystal water, staff who provide you with wonderful service. The top was the bottle of champagne that we found in the room on the day of my daughter's birthday. Warmly thank you for everything.

At this price range and a Boutique Hotel there needs to be the basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner as well as body lotion. Also, this is the first time I had to make my own bed. The sheet was just left folded and set on top of the bed? Seemed odd for a boutique hotel. Also, when asked for a beach towel at their exclusive beach and chairs we were told they didn’t provide beach towels, that we had to purchase them from the hotel. I was also told we could’t use our room towels? Usually a hotel of this price range, on the beach, provides beach towels checked out to the guests.

the room prices were high compared to the area and the food and drinks eaten on the beach were also high.

It was great that the rooms had a beautiful view and a private beach. The breakfast was above average. I had a pleasant holiday.

Modern big size rooms and so clean everywhere! Friendly and responsive staff! Greetings for the head cooker!!! Every dish was perfectly prepared! We fully enjoyed our stay!!!

We would certainly be delighted to stay here again. The rooms were newly renovated, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff was highly attentive and accommodating. The location was exceptionally convenient, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was quite fulfilling.

The room was beautiful. Modern with lovely artistic touches. The staff were wonderful. So kind. So professional. The breakfast location looked out on a beautiful beach and was shaded with flowering trees. Perfect.

Small thing but the pillows are quit large and ”high”, would also be nice with a duvet and duvet cover instead of flat sheet and bedspread. Easy fixes.

Everything. Extreme good value for money. We just wanted two chill days with not to many people. Beautiful boutique hotel 20 min from busy Kavala. Lovely decorated rooms, nice bed, amazing views, very nice beach and clear water, great breakfast. We ate dinner one night at the hotel which was very good as well. Really nice staff as well. This place should have at least 4 stars. So much better than many other places in Greece mainland.

There is only one thing, there was a smell coming from the toilet, I didnt mind it for a one night stay but it is better off to solve the problem. Besides this, everything was perfect.

Well decorated, stunning views, great beach, nice people and a cozy place to feel relaxed.
