Hotel Alexandra is at a prime location at Skala beach with impressive views. Having breakfast looking at the pristine sea and the beautiful church at the end of the bay was divine. Hotel Alexandra is super clean and Tasoula the manager is very professional and friendly. Bed very comfortable, room with a pool view and balcony. Skala coast and beaches are incredible, there are lovely restaurants and beach bars by the sea. Agistri is a true gem of an island, pine trees and beautiful scenaries everywhere you look. We would love to come back.

Can't think of anything to complain about!

This is a small and lovely hotel right on the beach front a few minutes walk from Skala ferry port. We (family of 3) stayed in room 21 which was a beautiful and large maisonette room overlooking the swimming pool (which was chlorinated - my children prefer a chlorine pool to saltwater ones). The room and hotel were spotlessly clean, there were lots of plug points to charge our devices and I especially loved the beautiful bathroom which came with toiletries and white fluffy towels. In the morning we had a delicious a la carte breakfast at the hotel's restaurant overlooking the beach. There are some great restaurants nearby including the amazing Avli Pizzeria restaurant which is a few minutes walk away via the hotel's back door. Tasoula who owns and runs the hotel was an amazing hostess and I would recommend the Alexandra Hotel if you're looking for that level of warmth and personal service that can be found in a family run hotel.

Difficult to get loungers on the beach - they were always occupied very early in the morning. But it was easy to go to the very close public beach

modern, clean facilities; very friendly and helpful staff; great location amidst a number of good restaurants and stores; the hotel restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced

I would have appreciated it if the person who showed us to the room had helped with the luggage. They showed no interest in helping, and there’s a flight of stairs to climb to reach the rooms, which can be difficult with heavy bags.

I liked that it was right in front of the beach and next to the port. It's literally a 2 min walk to take the ferry to Athens. Room super clean and right in front of the pool.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, right on the beach and the view from the restaurant is just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay amazing. Can’t wait to come back

There was a gate around the back of my room so was noisy with cars and people coming and going late at night.

It was boutique-y and right near the port and beach. Also had a small pool.

Tashula is a great host that will do everything to make you feel at home. The rooms are very clean and very well designed. Food is delicious. Beach 2 meters from the hotel. Great location. The pool is cool and clean. Great value for money. I had a really good stay, thank you.

Would have liked a bigger fridge

The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views. Our room was a good size with a wrap around balcony overlooking the beach. The staff went above and beyond to help with anything, especially the young man who worked from morning to night but was always smiling. The food in the taverna was delicious and I have to say well done to the chef for the best chips I have had in a very long time. The pool was lovely with a built in jacuzzi and hardly busy as most people opt for the beach. We had a wonderful time.

Right on the beachfront with loungers that you can use. Close to the port and the main restaurants and everything was in walkable distance. The staff were so nice and the owner was so lovely and accommodating. The room was bigger than expected and looked out over the pool. Comfortable bed and had good air con.

I would only point that WIFI could be better, even though being disconnected was part of an amazing experience.

Rooms just next to the road behind the hotel can be noisy due to scooters passing by, also you can hear the neighbour taking a shower, so walls are quite thin. WiFi had weak signal in our room and could not use it much.
