We visited during summer so most of the surrounding restaurants/cafes were open, not sure about other times of the year.

The host is amazing, the place has really nice spots nearby to visit, the village is family friendly. Tzoumerka is an oasis during the hot Greek summer, not overcrowded, rather chill I would say, it was what we were looking for.

A beautiful, charming little hotel. My room was huge, comfy and well equipped. Petros, the manager, was super attentive and helpful, volunteering a lot of his time to give me further hints to my trip.

A perfect little hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The place itself is easy to commute to/from if you are touring the Tzumeraka area. Above all, the greatest bonus of this place is the host, Petros, who was super friendly and helpful and was happy to advise on activities, trips, etc. He also took immediate care of all requests or issues that we mentioned. There is also a very good breakfast which was a plus for us. We had a great time at this hotel!

Super helpfull and friendly staff. Not only did we get directions on where to go and what to see, they actually escorted us to the point of interest and made sure we are not getting lost. On top, the breakfast was the best we had in Greece. We told them in advance that 1 person is vegan, and they prepared a wonderful and tasty vegan breakfast. We highly recommend the location.

Everything was excellent. The place is built in a traditional form, consisting of different little apartments, one next to the other, with a beautiful garden. Really lots of space in the room, very clean and nicely decorated. The lady who runs it is kind and helpful. Answered all our questions very happily and gave lots of advice. Breakfast : Everything homemade and delicious.

Petros is a fantastic host. Incredibly friendly, generous, accomodating, and more than happy to dispense information about all the attractions in the area or to just sit and chat with. Exceedingly comfortable, clean rooms and beds, with thoughtful extras like biodegradable/sustainable toothbrushes and toothpaste. Delicious and bountiful breakfasts - home cooked pastries sweet and savory, homemade jams and assorted condiments, fresh Greek salad all lovingly prepared. Watermelon, ice-cream and munchies in the afternoons after long days of activities. Beautiful, relaxing courtyard to sit in and enjoy the quiet of the quaint, peaceful village. The hospitality and grace with which the hotel is managed made the whole experience superb.

Great place with excellent people. It was our first stop in 12 days trip to northern Greece. We enjoyed every moment of our stay at the Alexandra Hotel. Breakfast was perfect. Every morning we received recommendations on where to go and what to see. Even the Internet was fine. Highly recommended!
