The location was perfect, close to the harbour and all Tavernas. The apartment was very clean, the bedding was very fresh. All the facilities were exceptional.

An elevator would be a convenient addition, and the air conditioning can be noisy if you're seated outdoors.

This apartment is a perfect spot for exploring the city. Located right in the centre of town, everything is within easy reach. The friendly hosts were incredibly attentive, resolving a shower issue right away. The apartment itself offers a comfortable environment with air conditioning and a peaceful atmosphere. You can even cook your own meals with the kitchen and basic dishes provided.

Alexis was there at 2330 to greet us. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Located about 12 metres from the beach, the sound of the waves on the beach at night was wonderful. We loved our holiday, and Alex's helped with that enormously. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at Alexis’s place. We would thoroughly recommend to anyone - the location of the flat and the village is perfect for exploring the island. Our plane landed very late and we could only arrive at the property for 11.30pm. Despite this Alexis organised for his brother Anthony (who himself was amazing as well) to meet us at the property for check in. Anthony and Alexis prepared some water and juice in the fridge in the flat to make sure we would be as comfortable as possible for our first night, seeing as we arrived after all shops had closed. This was really a lovely gesture and they made our whole stay extremely comfortable and easy. The room itself is very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen (although we mostly ate in amazing Tavernas whilst on the island; but a pleasure to have a coffee on the terrasse looking at the sea when waking up). The bedsheets and bath towels are changed every few days and the room cleaned regularly. AC worked very well. Location of the flats is perfect; very central in the village and very quiet street at night. On the day we left, we needed to keep our suitcases somewhere safe after checkout, whilst waiting to go to the airport, and Alexis helped with this as well. By coincidence, we rented our scooter from Anthony, who has an excellent rental place not far down the road: RoadRunners scooter rentals - great bikes, reliable and fantastic service from Anthony. He even gives you a map of the island with points of interest to visit. He helped us organise our taxi back to the airport, on our last day, getting us a great driver at a good price. Again thoroughly recommend. We had a great time there thanks to them.

Wifi was good but it didn't reach past the beds or onto either of the balconies. It's double glazed but street noise might wake a very light sleeper.

Amazing apartment with everything you would need for a short or long stay! Spacious with 2 balconies and an amazing view in the center of town. Lots of free parking on the street below. We will definitely be back!

I loved to sit on the balcony, relaxing looking at the beautiful view. The apartment was conveniently located on the harbour front, close to the supermarket, restaurants and bus stop. It was clean and comfy. I didn't cook, but there appeared to be everything you might need. There was a little town beach about 5 mins walk away. I don't drive, so I pre-booked a taxi from the airport for approx 50 euros each way. In June there was only 1 bus a day, and I did day trips to Sami and Argostoli. I also booked a boat trip from the harbour.

The beds are firm. Street noise is audible at night. The shower is small.

The location is excellent, located in the heart of Agia Effimia. The size of the apartments is very good. The internet is fast and reliable.

We arrived on the to the apartment, exactly at the time we informed the owner. The key was not available as promised and we were for 45min trying to contact the owner with no answer, both by text and phone. Eventually a man arrived with a key. This person did not speak any English so the communication was almost impossible (only using google translate and poorly). When entering the apartment the fridge was not closing properly to which the person's solution was to put a chair against the fridge's door, saying "no problem". After that we didnt have hot water in the apartment. I tried to explain to the person again this new problem and he started to be rude and to shout in Greek to me. When I repeated that I didnt understand, he told me "bye". After that more shouting followed. This is really not acceptable

The rooms have a beautiful view. All the rest is quite bad. I did not stay in the apartment, booked another one last minute with a similar view, a great service and almost half of the price.
