could have had some basic cooking things like oil etc but we just bought some in the end. Stove also not the best. It took a long time to fry bacon on the hottest setting and even then we couldn't get it crispy. This was not a big issue. I'm just sharing some minor improvements

location, daily cleaning available, beach towels provided, some coffee pods provided and limited dishwashing/washing machine tablets. The host is very helpful and friendly. He helped us organise transport to the airport and a boat tour.

We stayed in alfa luxury apartments in july this year, 2025. The rooms are very modern,better than the pictures. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria and her husband. George, their son, picked us up from the airport, which was free. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. I can't pick any faults with the appartments or the very nice family who run alfa. I would score alfa luxury apartments 10 out of 10 for everything. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a holiday apartment with a touch of class. I will definitely be booking alfa luxury apartments next time we visit tsilivi. Thank you again for a lovely stay. Oh, and I nearly forgot the beds are so comfy as well, which makes a massive difference. Jason,Anna, lilly, and Jack.

Not so much of an inconvenience is the 500-700 m to a bigger supermarket, but understandable for tourist area. Attention to prices at different shops. The price difference might surprise you, so it's worth checking. more options.

We travelled with our two daughters(19 and 12). The apartment was large enough, in perfect renovation status, the air conditioner fully functional (taking into account that 2 days we had 41 degrees), the comfy beds, towels, including beach towels and bedlinen changed every 3 days, everyday cleaning was just perfect. Initially we thought the distance from the beach is longer, but it takes only 5-7 min walk to reach the best part of the beach in Tsilivi. We were interested in Turtle Tour and Maria was very nice to advise us to take a travel agency that is turtle-friendly and works with local agenca for turtle protection - our daughters were delighted. Around the apartment there are a lot of dining options. Our personal recommendation Rossar and M-eating restaurants, Demode Cafe (for Loukoumades) and Demetis Bakery for best Baklava with apple-filling. For children fun just across the street you find Lunapark. We did not use the option, but the owners run also CarRentals, what is great if you want to explore the island. We had great 11 nights at Alfa Luxury Apartments in Zakynthos.

Everything! This property has a 20 grade from me, not 10. You have absolutely everything that you need, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, slippers, washing machines, absolutely everything. The beds are so so confortable, 3 types of pillows. We had snacks, water and wine prepared. Maria and Angelo amazing people, they gave is great tips for the beaches and places to visit. The beach is really close and very tranquile, with cristal clear water. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets. Tsilvi is very animated. We loved it. I have to point out one very important thing, the accomodation is SUPER CLEAN, SPOTLESS ( kudos to the cleaning ladies).. Inside everything is modern and new. Also they have a car rental place, I was not paying attention to this very important detail and we rented from the airport, but they have way better cars than any other car rental I've seen. You can call the number from the reservation and talk with them about this. Thank you so much for this amazing holiday!

I’m in a moment I arrived. I was very impressed by how clean and well maintained everything was. The decor throughout the hotel was very beautiful and stylish creating a very upscale, relaxing environment. The apartment was very centrally located. We were right next-door to a coffee shop bakery. We had multiple restaurants within walking distance and a quick seven minute walk to the beach.

Beautiful, modern apartment in an ideal location in Tsilivi. The apartment was spotlessly clean, newly built, and thoughtfully designed. It’s in a fantastic spot, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes, shops and the beach was just a short walk away. The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We loved the daily housekeeping and the generous welcome pack, which included lots of thoughtful touches — even slippers and robes were provided. A perfect stay in every way!

Lovely hosts, really friendly and happy to help you with any queries. Communication with them also very swift! The location was also very convenient in the heart of Tsivili with many shops and restaurants nearby. The accomodation was also extremely clean and spacious for two people staying - i did not expect the two floored rooms! There is also a rental car service which I would recommend to book in advance during the busy summer period as it gets booked up quickly - I did not plan quickly enough to have it from here and used another service down the road. All in all, would definitely recommend staying here whether for short or long!

The Alfa Luxury Apartments were beautiful. The owners of this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They took the time to help us in any way. They went above and beyond in making us reservations to the Sunset Michali’s Taverna to see the most beautiful sunset. The location was amazing, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Everything was perfect, not a single problem encountered in the entire stay!

Our stay in Zante could not be better in Angelos and Maria’s apartments. Located in the center of Tsilivi in the perfect location to visit the entire island, the apartment we stayed (Levante) was the perfect size for 4 people and it had all the necessary amenities (from the kitchen utensils to the dishwasher etc). Needless to say that the apartment was really clean. Angelos and Maria were amazing hosts and helped us with invaluable suggestions and practical help to manage the our stay in Zante. I would highly recommend these luxury apartments for any family and couple vacations in Zante!
