This hotel is so clean and well maintained. The owners are so friendly and accommodating. It's quiet and so relaxing. The breakfast is basic, but everything you should need

The rooms, the breakfast, the wifi was bad and they didn't do anything about it

I spent 8 nights in the single room, which is spacious enough for two people. I loved the view from the balcony. The family cleaned the room and changed the sheets and towels every day – for me personally, that wasn’t even necessary. The beach is very close, and if you want to go to the nicer part of it, you can reach it in about a 10–15 minute walk. I didn’t have space for beach towels in my luggage, so they kindly provided me with one whenever I asked. The bed is very comfortable. I didn’t use the TV. The airport is very near so you can see and hear the airplanes but that didn’t bother me. The friendly host answered all my questions and was very kind. Thank you! I would come again!

I couldn’t sleep that well because the air conditioning was a bit noisy. It was too hot to sleep without it at night, but that depends on your sleeping habits. The breakfast didn’t have much variety, but it kept me full until the evening.

Everybody was really welcoming and nice, rooms and common spaces were clean and proper. Location really close to the Kamari Beach, so overall super approved. ☺️

We loved everything about the property. It’s close to everything: vehicle rental, restaurants, market and, of course, the beach. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily, towels changed daily. Excellent breakfast, the hotel staff is very kind and helpful.

Hotel Alkyon was the cleanest, most beautiful and in every way the best hotel we've ever been to, we are already planning on coming back next year! The owners were super nice, helped us in every way possible and with every question we had, it was a really friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was good and fresh, the room was cleaned and fresh towels were brought every day. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the AC was working perfectly, the views from the cute room terrace were breathtaking. The swimming pool was awesome, suitable for swimming, chilling and just enjoying its warm water. It was also very clean. 11/10 experience!

10/15minute walk to the main front with bars & tavernas, room was huge with comfortable bed, wardrobe & modern shower WC, Maria & the family were a great helping us travel around Santorini by bus, breakfast was lovely, towels & linen changed daily, the hotel was spotlessly clean. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a warm smile by Maria, the Managing Director. The hotel is small and calming and importantly, it’s clean. It was perfect for me.

The hotel is very well-maintained, clean, and the swimming pool is nice. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel is owned and operated by a family, everyone was very nice and friendly, provided many helpful tips. Although it is far away from Fira and Oia, and we rented a car, so it is nice and quiet, away from the big crowds. It is only 5 minute drive to Kamari village center and the black sand beach, where there are many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Overall, we are very happy that we chose this hotel, and would highly recommend it for someone rent a car.

It is near the airport, so we can hear the noises from the airplanes. The breakfast has no hot items.

We were here last year and the hotel is still wonderful. The family are so friendly and our room 25 was lovely with an amazing balcony to watch the sun go down. Location is the best, quiet and away from the front and easy walking to all the restaurants. Hotel is immaculate , close to the airport, can highly recommend. We will ge back for sure.

Everything was great. Staff were friendly, responsive and helpful; going above and beyond to help us organize transport, not only for our stay with them, but also our return journey (from a different island). Very high standard of cleaning. Beds were comfy and all our needs were met.

Friendly and helpfull staff, rooms were cleaned and tiedied daily. The staff helped us organize transport and even allowed us to stay longer in our rooms our last day. Breakfast and coffee was superb and its possible to have it outside on the terrasse or by the pool. You get a lot more than you paid for even comapared to luxury properties on the caldera.

The hotel is really good, the hostess is really kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, the bed is comfy. Everything is clean and smelling good. You can get 2 options of bus to Fira, the capital. The location is only perfect if you have your own transport or you are coming from the airport.. Overall, it was a good experience.

It could be better if the hotel has your own transfer from the port. If you are not renting a car and you are comig from the port is not a good option, buses are kind of messy and the bus to the port you cant get it that easily.

Everything was perfect! Small hotel, worth money. The balcony is so beautiful. They clean rooms every day, which is really pleasant. Even high star hotels don’t provide such exceptional cleaning services like this hotel. Staff were really nice and have always been ready to help us anytime we needed anything. We had a late flight and they allowed us to leave the bags in the hotel and use a shower in the evening, even though we already checked out. Highly appreciate that. I definitely would stay again, recommend this hotel
