The location is amazing. It's in the heart of old town Fira - Santorini. It's perfect for taking beautiful pictures. The suit is tastefully designed. The host is very helpful and responsive. Overall a great place to stay for family.

While the rooms are inaccessible via car, the property had someone waiting for us at the car drop-off point to help collect our bags. They were quick, friendly, and entirely necessary - its difficult to navigate the twists and turns of the Santorini hills without a guide! The room was exactly as pictured with a private indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub overlooking the classic Santorini hills. A completely picturesque location with friendly staffed. Breakfast was served in the morning - eggs, croissants, jams, fresh fruit, coffee, and our mini fridge was stocked with beers, water, and soda before our arrival. I would absolutely stay here again.

The ONLY negative thing about our stay was a slight mishap when it came for our pick up. The hotel arranged for a cab to meet us at the port, but our ferry arrived 30 minutes late. The driver did not wait for us (which is completely understandable) but the hotel did not reach out to us about it, so when we arrived to port we had no one to pick us up. We then had to scramble to find another shuttle to take us to Oia as we had a boating excursion booked with a very tight turnaround. Because of this confusion, we missed the shuttle to the boat, which cost our group an additional $75 that we didn't anticipate spending. Overall, not a huge deal, but an unfortunate misunderstanding. The hotel was extremely responsive via WhatsApp, which made pivoting our plans easy.

The property was incredible, with views you would only dream of. Easy access to public transportation, restaurants, shops, grocery and more. we loved it.

The master bedroom could use some sort of closet or place to put your baggage.

Beautiful view of the sunset every night. The place was very clean. The location was close to a lot of the main shopping and eating. The hot tubs were a very nice romantic touch.

There is a lot of stairs to get to the property but it seems like that is the norm for any Santorini stay.

Very friendly staff - amazing views We booked 2 bedroom 2 bathroom but second bathroom did not have shower so there was only one shower - would have been good to know in advance Tricky situation with heat and a/c only one could work at a time - so has to be carful when nights are cold and days are hot -

The apartment is close to restaurants and bars and has a very nice view. The outdoor hot tub is what we liked the most at night. The staff is friendly and accommodated all our needs. I would definitely recommend

Indoor pool was a little cold, we couldn't really use it (we traveled in April). The bridge was cool but quite noisy when someone walks on it. By mistake we turned off the dehumidifier, and our clothes were wet the morning after, we could have used more attention.

Maybe add a steamer instead of an iron. Upstairs bathroom could use a blow drier.

Everything was great. Balcony view, indoor pool, great breakfast and friendly host and cleaning staff. Host was extremely responsive and well organized. Location was extremely convenient for restaurants, shopping and view points.

The location is amazing, right on the caldera seam. It is a few steps up to the main Fira hub, bus station, cable car, and old port. The room is quiet and soundproof and has its own Jacuzzi on the terrace. The manager and staff were very nice. I had a great stay and memorable experience.
