The Views across the Caldera the staff the food everything was perfect.

Aloia Villas offers one of the best locations in Oia, with views so breathtaking we hardly felt the need to leave our villa. The staff were exceptional — not only helping with our heavy luggage through the winding lanes but also going above and beyond to assist with the most beautiful proposal for my partner and me. If we ever return to Santorini, this is exactly where we’ll stay again.

Wow, this was an incredible stay! Our room looked just like the pictures - it was very spacious for the two of us, was perfectly clean and serviced every day, the bed was super comfortable, and the location is amazing! They served us a delicious and custom breakfast on our huge private patio each morning and were available to help with anything we needed. While the property does not face the blue domes, they were literally just on the other side, like a 2 minute walk away. The property does, however, have sweeping views of the amazing cliffside - it was super interesting to sit on our balcony and people-watch. While there are throngs of tourists just above on the main boardwalk, we could not hear any of that from our room and it was peaceful. We loved our own private little pool which felt refreshing when it was hot outside, but warm when it hot cooler at night. Advice: ask the property to arrange your transportation to/from the airport as taxis will only drop you off at the post office and you will need help to find the place. It was astounding to watch the staff hoist heavy suitcases on their shoulders and carry them down to the room, and then back up on departure - we would have struggled and needed several trips! If I ever get to return to Santorini, I will 100% stay here again.

I’m struggling here… there is nothing bad! Oh, well our room did not have a full length mirror, so there’s something to improve. 🙂

Superb location..the views over the Caldera were fantastic. The villa was well equipped. Aloia villas are in the in heart of Oia but its still private, and away from the busy street. Staff were brilliant and work hard to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast was yummm and served in the villa every morning. There was a lovely bottle of wine with a welcome message on arrival. They also arranged for a birthday cake on request.

The only let down for me was the water in the hot tub..it wasn't hot. Summer time I don't think it would be an issue but as we went end of October and the evening are much cooler, would have liked the water to be hot to relax at the end of the day.

The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared daily. The location was amazing. We were in the heart of Oia and only few minutes from the square and bus stop. We were in the center of the action. Was amazing.

We stayed for 5 nights and the breakfast options were the same every day. I just wished that we could have more varieties. Or at list for longer stays to offer different options- breakfast at local restaurant or coffee shop. :)

Absolutely beautiful 5 star accommodation and service! Right off the Main Street of Oia but very quiet and away from it all!

I love the property and location. Its at the center and easy access on everything that we need like shops and tourist spots. Few steps going up and you will experience sunrise. We enjoyed the pool and the terrace facing the scenic view of the sea. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine a a sweet note. The lady gave us recommended restaurant and it is 100% must try. The staff are so nice, helpful and attentive. They offered help in transfer back to hotel even on dame day booking. The breakfast is very delicious. I love everything about this property.

This villa was exceptional. We decided to stay in the heart of Oia with a small pool and do less exploring and it was perfect for our time in Santorini. Beautifully styled and the service was impeccable. Since it’s so hot during the day, we loved having the pool and balcony to relax on. The location is right near the 3 domes outlook viewpoint and we had the best view. Since we were so close to the main outlooks, we also had people right near our room entry getting photos and could see the lines to the main viewpoint. The villa was completely private from any of the noise that you would generally expect. Breakfast is served on your balcony with your choice of menu and the perfect way to start the day. We received great restaurant recommendations from the gentleman who checked us in who also tried booking a sunset cruise however we left it too late- their recommendation looked reasonably priced though for a semi private cruise, so would recommend getting their help to book this in. We also organised the semi private transfer from the port which we shared with 2 other guests. The shuttle drove us to the main street and Aloia helpers took our bags from there to our rooms- very easy and great service. Well worth it so you also know how to find the villas and work through the crowds. Thank you Aloia team!
