First the host Dennis. We felt he was a chill guy. He commands respect, but he is also very pragmatic (for example nobody used our room that night on check-out day, so we could leave our luggage inside during the day for free since our flight was in the evening). For rules, basically you can do what you want as long as its sensible, like don't start blasting speakers on the balcony at 3AM or stuff like that. The place itself was really nice. The room is modern and big enough. You have a nice balcony. The bathroom is nice. Also a free coffee machine with Nespresso. The swimming pool is good size and honestly was never crowded. The pool area in general is good with nice beds and the grass is really nice to walk on. The area around Alterego is also solid. Two supermarkets in 1 minute distance, also you can easily rent a vehicle, fix some kind of tour or visit a restaurant nearby. The Laganas strip is in 10 minute walking I believe, so it's not super close but if you want to go there its a nice distance. The Laganas strip is amazing for party or to go to the beach or whatever. Most importantly what I felt of this place: I really felt at home here. I know this is not something you can force so it will depend on the person, but I really liked the place and I was really happy we opted for this place for our stay.

Two things were not perfect: 1. The main door had small glass windows which allowed light to get into the room, this could wake you up early after a party night which you don't want. 2. The shower has seperate taps for hot and cold. Tbh it requires getting used to. This means it can take some time until you finally have good temperature and therefore have showered. Dennis said he will fix both things in Winter so I opted for a 10/10 rating since this will be resolved for next summer.

The location was perfect, five minute walk from the strip and one minute from lots of restaurants. But very quiet location. Dennis was super helpful from the moment we arrived until the last day. I would give over 10 stars if I could!

Loved everything

What a wonderful place to stay. Small and friendly with great pool. Dennis the manager was excellent and sorted everything out if you needed anything. Had a very relaxing stay!

Everything was great. In general, the place is cool, it's close to everything. It's also about 10-15 minutes walk to the sea, but I advise you not to stay on Laganas because the sea is so-so, it's better to go to the sea in other parts of the island, it's cleaner there. As for the apartments themselves, the conditions are much better than in the photos. Dennis, the owner of this place, is very nice, always helpful and helpful. I expect to come back here again and again. I am very glad we chose this apartment.

I don't know if this can be attributed to the minuses, but I would like the pool to be open longer, not 19:00. It is very hot on the island and I wanted to swim in the pool after 19:00. I would also like to see not such big pots, but small ones available, because the pot was at least 5 liters. Perhaps it was just my whim, because the hotel is very, very cool, as are the people who work there!

The property is in a perfect and quiet location, 10 minutes walk from the main strip. The owner is the best ever… He becomes your best friend as soon as you check in. He’s always available to help you through WhatsApp. Lovely pool. Cleaners are super nice and they clean the room every afternoon. Thank you Dennis and your staff for the lovely hospitality!

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was a poor WiFi signal. But that’s not a big deal.

In general, it was beyond my expectation, the location is good with supermarkets and restaurants around, also it's easy to walk to the main road of Laganas and it is a very quite and peace neighborhood. The owner Dennis is super nice and helpful, in case you have any troubles, he is right the guy to reach out and would help you with it.
