BrazilThe only thing to observe is that the hotel is not exactly close to the main attractions of the island, so you will probably need a car to move around. I wouldn't say it is an issue because coast to coast takes maximum 50minutes. Still, an execxellent pick for staying in Zakynthos.
Excellent hotel, perfect facilities. Everything was incredibly clean, making the experience perfect.

United KingdomThe property is aged in places. The quality of drinks could be improved. The beer is low alcohol so immediately looks and tastes flat. Cocktails are bland. The gym is adequate.
The food was very good. Fresh, quality food options. Beautiful view. Very friendly staff, who are genuinely very helpful. Good WiFi. (Alex the F&B manager is excellent. Also recommend a massage in the spa with Danielle)

HungaryOnly the breakfast was a bit boaring after 6 days, but the variety was great as well.
The staff was kind and helpful. The view is amazing from the hotel to the sea. The hotel had its own beach where the sea was crystal clear and it was the only place on the island where the soil was soft white sand. (All of beaches are stony everywhere in the island.) Lunch&dinner had a great variety every day, and it was very tasteful too. Lot's of coctails are included as well as champagne, wines, beer, and all of the soft drinks. Highly recommened to pay for the My Favourite Club experience at least for 1 day. (It's cost 50€/pax). There were entertainment shows every night and good activities during the day. The hotel was quite full but there was enough sunbeds everytime during the day.

AustriaEven though we said it in advance that I have food allergies they were not really prepared. I have dairy and gluten allergy and don’t eat meat also for allergic reasons and they had both gluten free dairy free and meat free options but barely any that was without all. The staff was not particularly friendly either. Most of the time when we said good morning they ignored us.
It was beautiful and all. Great location, nice pools, fancy, clean, well quipped rooms. Whenever we had an issue they helped came and helped us very quickly.

AustraliaBooking.com is very misleading in its adverts. You need to be careful to ensure you know what you are booking. The standard rooms do not have access to the 3 pools. They have access to one very busy pool. You need to book a 'My favourite club' room to get full access. This is entirely Booking.com's fault the hotel's actual website is very clear.
It was a nice hotel in a good location, the staff are friendly and happy to help, especially if you are nice. The selection of food and drink is good.

We booked a sea side room and we were surprised to see the view - very beautiful view to the sea. The staff is amazing always helpful. The food is super varied, plenty of options for vegetarians, loved the cakes and the Greek food. The bartenders (especially Toni) were super nice and they made great cocktails. The hotel is super clean and very close to a small beach. I totally recommend this hotel it was one of the best I stayed in.

Austriawhat was upsetting was that the really nice infinity pools with sea view and the beach club vibe beds are NOT ACCESSIBLE for regular customers (only for vip customers from the Alua soul hotel chain) - this is really not shown on Booking.com, I would advise to put a sign on the pictures where the facilities are only accessible for vip members. So all regular customers were around one regular pool without sea view and rather uncomfortable beds - still nice but really something to be aware of
