Fantastic apartment with everything you need, aircon is perfect, tv, safe, fridge kettle and sandwich press all new and in great condition! Plug sockets next to the bed mood lighting, they’ve obviously thought about everything when designing these rooms! The bathroom is absolutely stunning all brand new with a very modern and clean feel. Spacious and good size shower. We had the room with a double balcony and the views are stunning and the sun rise is worth waking up early for! Location in my opinion is perfect, close enough to the ‘strip’ you can walk it in 45 seconds and far enough away as to not get any noise form the bars and restaurants! Daniel who greeted us was exceptional giving us local advice and putting us intouch for a quad bike hire and private boat hire. Also their family run restaurant is fantastic and can’t recommend enough! 10/10 will definitely book here again when we return.

Very clean, modern place, close to beaches, places to eat and supermarkets.

No soundproofing

The property is in a great location, it is surrounded by shops and is very close to the beach. The owner, Daniel, is a very helpful person, he provided a hairdryer in the room at my request and gave me many useful tips for visiting the island.

The location of the apartments is great, near supermarkets, taverns and all other shops on the main road, but at the same time it's quiet and you can't hear the noise. Our room was new, very clean and had great balconies. The beach is close (15min walk) and the water is clean. Bekiris taverna, owned by the host, is also very nice.

It would be better if there are more kitchen supplies.

Very modern accommodation. Comfortable bed , good shower , fab balconies so you can be in or out of sun . Staff so helpful and friendly. Host Daniel very kind and pleasant and his family adorable. Must visit Berikas the families restaurant had two fabulous meals there . Perfect location close to beach , supermarket bars and restaurants but set back from main road so nice and peaceful too . Perfect property we will return .♥️❤️❤️‍🩹

Lovely big room, big bathroom with walk in shower, fab view of the mountains, great Air Con, Safety deposit box, fantastic Kingsize bed, Smart TV, cleaned everyday including fresh towels, perfect location for Main Street.

Not a thing

Everything was perfect. Daniel and his family made us feel so welcome, and couldn’t do enough for you. The apartments are far better than the photos. The apartment was spotlessly clean, extremely well maintained and had everything you needed. The location of them is perfect, the main road with bars shops and restaurants are a couple of minutes walk away. It’s is also very quiet, due to being set back from the road. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much to Daniel and his family

Great location, quiet with beautiful views overlooking fields and mountains. Shops, bars and restaurants 2 min walk away. Apartments are located at the end of Alykanas which is closest to neighbouring resort Alykes, a 10 min stroll. Daniel, the owner met us on arrival. He was very welcoming and Nothing was too much trouble. Helen, Kept our room spotless. She is a very pleasant young lady and was always very helpful. Plenty of parking space if required. We would definitely recommend Central Studios apartments and stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, close to center, very good money value

Hot water takes a long time to heat up in the shower, but it did not bother me much. Most likely its due to solar power.

Extremely comfortable and spacious apartment with lovely decor. Modern bathroom with great shower. Brilliant location - just a minute walk from the main street with shops, bars and restaurants, only five minutes walk to the beach, but very peaceful and feels as though you’re in the countryside. Beautiful views. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended, we will be returning.

- The room was great and clean - Changing towels and cleaning every 2 days - Very close to the sea, but at the same time you could not hear the sound from the street - Daniel is a wonderful person, answers very quickly, helps if you need anything - Daniel helped with airport transfer, recommended their family restaurant were was delicious food, recommended of car rental etc I recommended to everyone! 🤗

The apartment is very new, 1 year old maximum I would guess. Very good position, 2 minutes by foot from a supermarket (Spar) and the main street of Alykanas, with many restaurants and shops. Very large apartment. Living room with a very minimal kitchenette, a convertible sofa and a small table. Bedroom with a queen size bed, a closet and some other ranging furniture. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Terrace with a table, two chairs, and a drying rack. Air conditioning in both rooms. Private parking always available. Daniel was a super kind host.

Some leaking problems with the shower. The kitchen has just a kettle and a toaster. I would have liked a small burner to make simple things like make moka coffee or boil an egg. The apartment is very new so they will perhaps add it in the future.
