a quiet place to stay..a caring and really sincere couple runs it... Thanos and his wife Nadia take care of you wholeheartedly.. smiling and professional.. there are markets, restaurants and beaches close to the house... I liked the silence the most.. and the internet quality was great... what else can you ask for we had a great holiday.. we will definitely come again... and also our apartment was a flat apartment that you can enter on the ground floor which was very good for carrying things etc..

I didn’t dislike anything, but I have a couple of small suggestions: Adding a more practical knife and a cutting board for fruits and vegetables, as well as an electric kettle in the kitchen, could be helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights from April 19–21. The apartment is located in Nea Chili, right next to the Akademia bus stop, and very close to the beach. It’s easy to reach the city center of Alexandroupoli either by bus or taxi (just €5-6 by taxi). Right beside the apartment, you'll find a beautiful sandy beach, Mikel Cafe, Milano Pizza, a small grocery store, and a supermarket. The host kindly welcomed us upon arrival. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. There's a lovely terrace with a large table — perfect for enjoying drinks in the evening. It also has a garden faucet (great after beach days), a clothes drying rack, and mosquito nets on the windows, which we appreciated. The kitchen includes all the basic equipment: a toaster, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, oven, stove, dishes, and more. The bedroom is large with a spacious closet. The bathroom is also big and very clean, with a washing machine available. We had a peaceful and relaxing time. We enjoyed walking on the beach in the evenings, sipping drinks while watching the stars, and sunbathing during the day. There’s 24/7 hot water, good water pressure, and a ready-to-use Netflix account. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect! Very welcoming and friendly hosts, very good location, close to the beach, shops, pharmacy, all you need. The apartment was very convenient, clean, new and comfortable. The Netflix is important bonus. Everything is exactly as it is on the photos.

Everything was beyond expectations for the price paid! Cleanliness, the necessary facilities of an apartment (electric stove, expresser, refrigerator, washing machines, and other minor, but essential for a carefree sèvre), the living room and in general the whole apartment furnished with good taste. Located in a good location with nearby beaches, tavernas, even a supermarket and pharmacy. Thank you for a nice stay!

When neighbors are noisy, you can hear it, but the quiet hours policy was respected, so nothing bothered us.

Nearby beaches aren’t the greatest, but the staff recommended other nice beaches that are worth visiting.

A bit noisy when you stay at the balcony because of the main street nearby

First impression was really good - inside the apartment it was very clean everywhere, very tidy and without any traffic noise. Nespresso coffee machine with coffee on the kitchen shelf and a washing machine in the bathroom. The room is maisonette and the space is really enough for three of us. Nice balcony to drink your coffee or eat the breakfast. Fitness in the building and bikes which are free to ride in the town. Nice beach very close to you with beach bar to visit. Supermarket Masoutis across the street. Free car parking on the side street. At least but not last - Thanos, the host is hospitable, helpful and speaks good English :)
