From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel was amazing. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. The view is absolutely breathtaking — truly unforgettable. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, with something for everyone. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Santorini. Highly recommended!

It would have been nice to have a hygienic shower in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect

The view was like a dream. Alex is an incredibly attentive, sociable, and helpful guy, and we'd like to take this opportunity to thank him for everything When we were booking the room, we thought the jacuzzi was on the balcony, and that disappointed us a bit (our mistake).

Our host Alex was super kind and responsive. The room is super spacious, bright and clean. towels and sheets were changed every day, breakfast was served on the terrace every morning to enjoy the view. The view from the room is unique. We highly recommend this hotel and will repeat again

Perhaps mend the shower door which leaked out water onto the bathroom floor a little but this is just a simple thing to fix - other than that nothing

Alex was the perfect host and extremely helpful.He basically took care of most things during our stay and was very efficient The view was amazing and our room was beautifully decorated and to a high spec and with good air con location was perfect to walk to bars, restaurants and shops and the roof top hot tub with sun beds had the best view of the Caldera Breakfast made to order from list and brought to your room to enjoy on your balcony…. perfect !

Only one very odd odd thing is that the wc doesnt ventilate well and you know being in a couple well it can kill romance little bit with nature duties. But again besides everything else was perfect !

We liked everything.

We had a great experience. It has an amazing location with breathtaking views of the Caldera from balcony. We had a “private jacuzzi” with hot water running 24 hours. Property is immaculate and cleaned everyday with fresh towels and drinking water provided. We were also provided with a complimentary bottle of local Greek wine. Our host Alex is an extremely professional and courteous person (just a phone call away if there are any issues). Morning breakfast was delicious with a number of options. This property is located in the heart of Fira which is the main hub of Santorini. I would highly recommend booking this hotel.

Honeymoon-worthy hotel. We stayed in the 'elegant' suite, and would highly recommend this particular suite as it is the only one with a private hot tub on the balcony and the largest L shaped balcony overlooking the Caldera to the west and Fira looking south (out of the 4 rooms available). Alex, our host, made us feel very comfortable and brought a fantastic breakfast to our room each morning (large breakfast menu to choose from each day). I would describe it like a great combination between an Air BnB (self access with own keys after check-in, very private, etc) mixed with 5 star hotel service of daily cleaning, breakfast included, jacuzzi. Alex provided great recommendations, arranged local quad bike hire and a sunset boat tour with accommodation pick-up... very helpful and professional service. I would definitely stay again and recommend the elegant suite for couples looking for a touch of luxury at a reasonable price compared to other hotels on Santorini.

The room was excellent! We stayed in a honeymoon suite and the view is absolutely stunning. We had a drink in our spa on the roof of our place to watch the sunset, worth every penny. The space and layout in the room is great (some in santorini are a bit awkward) and bed was incredibly comfortable. Alex was so helpful and a great host. It's the perfect spot to watch the sunset (or sunrise if you want to get up that early) with a beautiful view any time of the day.

We had an incredible stay in Santorini, and Alex was an exceptional host who made our experience even better. From the moment we arrived, he was helpful with everything, from recommendations to making sure we had everything we needed. The room itself was wonderful, but the true highlight was the balcony, which offered a stunning view of the Fira coast. We spent our evenings soaking in the hot tub, which had an unbeatable view of the sunset and the charming city of Fira. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Santorini. Highly recommend!

Definetly this is the best place so far I ever been to. Stuff (Alex) - right man in right place - really helpfull, kind and professional. The check in in theory should be at 3pm but they allowed us to checkin at 12!! Amazing - the pool although in the same place where other pools are, was behind a wall which gave us privacy. The view absolutely stunning. I could write more and more - you just need to visit this place!!

Nothing are you joking its paradise on earth!

What's not to like? I thought I died and went to heaven. The view from our balcony will never be topped. We went for a break on our own as we have three small kids and never get time as a couple. Well we definitely made up for it here. We had a sea/cliff edge view and a private jacuzzi and sunbeds. Room was amazing. Never met nicer staff big shout out to Alex the manager who made us feel really special what a lovely person. Our breakfast was included and was amazing choice. I wish I stayed longer. The people on the island are quiet simply good people always smiling and asking can they help. I'll never forget my holiday to Santorini and will definitely return for a future wedding anniversary and request the same room. So romantic thank you Amelot Art suites Fira :):):);0
