We liked the staff, very helpful. For what you pay its decent enough. I think it’s photographed extremely well for what it is.

The bed wasn’t as comfortable. The pool was small. Shower head not great, toilet paper roll was on a pipe thing not a toilet roll holder, towels a bit ratty etc. for what you pay it seems decent enough. This was our first time to Santorini and we didn’t know much about which area to stay. Walkable enough but we would choose a different area all together now we know more about locations. It wasn’t unsafe or anything like that, just not what we pictured in our head

Where do I even begin with our stay at Amerisa Suites? Let me start with the loveliest host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting—Ralitsa. From the moment we booked, Ralitsa made us feel so welcome. She was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and kind even before we arrived. Since we had a late arrival, she ensured everything was clearly explained and went out of her way to stay in touch, texting to check that we arrived safely. She helped us arrange a last-minute car rental and was always just a message away, responding instantly to any questions or needs. Truly, Ralitsa goes above and beyond—thank you for your kindness and care! As for the suites themselves: outstanding. Our room was spacious, with a large bed upstairs and a beautiful view. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the town center—easy and pleasant. The setup also offers great privacy, especially for those traveling with children. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. If we ever return to Santorini, we’ll absolutely be booking with Amerisa Suites again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Very disappointing experience The room looked nothing like the pictures. It had a strong, unpleasant smell that lasted our entire stay. No one was there to welcome us at the reception, which made the experience feel cold and unprofessional. Definitely not what we expected.

Location

The pool is not big - more like a splash pool - but it's a fantastic asset with sunbeds around it - some in shade, some in the sun. Towels provided. And a wonderful view. Owner Railtsa was so helpful with everything, from before arrival to answering questions when I was returning to Santorini.

My room - with two single beds - was a touch on the small side but the bathroom was clean and the air con/ TV/internet worked well.

Was clean and location pretty close to town centre.

I was sotvreceived by the host and though the lady that received me was lovely I could not understand her as she only spoke Greek. Sink drain did not work well, was very slow. Shower had bad water power. The whole room especially bathroom had a funny smell (like drainage). The fridge did not close properly. The room service was very poor as not even the bed was done properly. Room was quite small.

Excellente location, 5 min walking to town. Very helpful personnel, they menaged the transfers from and to airport, advised on restaurants, allowed us to stay by the pool after check out as we had a late evening flight.

Location was ideal for the main road in Thira. Plenty of restaurants, bars in the vicinity. Ralitsa was a fantastic host. Very helpful & gave loads of advise regarding directions, bus services etc. Pool area was on the small side but always clean and tidy. Rooms serviced daily with clean towels and bedding changed every 3 days. Beds very comfortable too. Transfers were also arranged through the property and were very efficient !!

Loved everything about the property but could have done with a little more storage for clothing items etc.

We liked that there was a table outside.

Unfortunately there was nobody to show us around the complex and provide us with the quickest route to town. We didn’t find the pool until we were leaving. It took us three trips before we worked out the best way to the centre. The bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen.
