Room was small.

Amina Apartments is very centrally located and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. It has all you need. The staff are kind and helpful—they accommodated our early breakfast requests and arranged transportation at a reasonable price.

The pictures appeared better than reality, and we were a bit disappointed by the decor. I also didn’t appreciate being warned to keep the exact number of guests who booked when arranging a van for 11 people. Since some guests were not staying, I would have preferred a less questioning tone.

Great stay. Very close to the center and port. Nicely decorated room, cute terrace, and a lot additional unexpected facilities (iron, toothbrush and paste, breakfast, 10% discount to eat at a very good restaurant). Recommend!

Excellent position downtown Zante. Close to the port, to the main bus stop and to main activities. Very clean. Fast check in. Large open space. Well furnished. Absolutely worth the price.

Tight spaces of room and restroom (not comfortable for long stays). No elevator. A/C a bit noisy.

The closeness, however the room to small for three people.

The patio was so dirty and the smell of petrol all the time you would go out. Did not have washing facility or provide alternative service outside that can assist.

Proximity to the center. Quiet room facing the back. The staff helped to book a taxi.

The check-in process was a bit complicated, finding the hotel reception in another building. The entrance door to the complex was making loud noises every time it was shut, waking up from sleep. No sound/smell isolation from the toilet in the room. Instant coffee for breakfast - no, thank you.

Good location, very close to the port. We got fresh towels every day and they made the bed every morning.

The housekeeper entered the room while we were sleeping without notice. Also prior to our departure we called to arrange an extra person’s staying and the receptionist told us it would be totally fine and that in the worst case scenario we only need to pay an extra 15€. Once we got there, she asked us to pay 60€ for 3 nights and only in cash and she REFUSED to give us a receipt. She denied our conversation prior to our arrival. At the end of the day we had to stay in a room for 3 people and we were 4, without anything extra, just towels for the 2 last nights, and only after request. We don’t know where the extra €60 went, cause this much money for towels is insane.

Good beds, air conditioning and shower.

Clarity on how to pick up and drop off the key. I knew the restaurant across the street was the same company, so I had no problem, not sure if other guests would know to go there.

Great location in the town and one block back from the beach. Large room and comfy bed with all you could even need. Lovely modern bathroom. Could leave my bag at the hotel Dali opposite where they were very friendly.

Breakfast was ok. My view was the carpark but that was fine as I was seldom there.

Perfect location. It was very clean throughout and very safe as the entrance door was only opened with a key.

There was a dripping of water onto the canopy by my door each night. Owner said it was from the humidity, but it was a lot and constant overnight. They didn’t seem to want to fix it.

The view of the room was beautiful, however that was all the beauty we got and nothing more during our stay.

When we arrived to the property, we had originally booked Amina properties but the owner requested that we move to his property across the street, Dali. He claimed the view from the Dali rooms was spectacular (which it was) from the oceanfront room and the reason was because there were more guests in the property across the street and Amina was only booked by us. We agreed and walked across the street. The rooms were completely outdated and not as modern as Amina’s rooms (from the pictures online as we actually never saw the rooms in person). The property we stayed at was not up to our expectations nor what we had originally paid for. There was a cockroach deterrent on the desk of the room and the towels in the bathroom had a foul smell. The drain was removed from the sink and placed on the soap holder. The sheets had a brown stain on them. The other room had twin sheets on a queen bed. Needless to say, we were not impressed at all as the rooms at Amina that we had originally booked seemed brand new compared to the ones we were switched to.

The breakfast was delicious

The wifi was a bit slow
