On the other hand, the property could maybe touch up a bit the room for signs of wear and tear.

The view was stunning, the stuff was very helpful and the overall stay was very very satisfying.

The property is located in a good spot close to all to walk. No need a car unless you want to go to the beach and explore. The hotel was nice and comfortable. Might need few upgrades. The breakfast so of to good. The staff were all nice and respectful and accommodating.

We had a long day at a sports event and got back to the hotel and was hoping to have a snack and rest in the room but there were no amenities for this as the kitchen was closed. It was not very late and therefore we were surprised. The only other option was the restaurant which I'm sure would have been lovely but we decided to pick something up outside to eat on our balcony instead.

The hotel was lovely, amazing view. The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

On the room's booking page on booking.com there was a mention of "free parking" or "free on site parking" (can't remember the exact wording but it clearly conveyed the message that there was private space for residents)... which was the reason i initially choose to stay here over some other place... and which unfortunately upon arrival was informed was not true.

Parking the car was a nightmare. The hotel Staff suggested we park in the parking of a “sister hotel”…scary experience. Deserted dark place.

Great location, wonderful views and very gracious and helpful staff. We are very grateful for the complimentary room upgrade provided by the manager. And we could not be more thankful for the excellent services provided by Costa (bellman par excellent!), who, among other things, found us a great parking spot right by the front door and was a good source of information. The hotel also arranged for a car to take us to the Palamidi fortress. The driver, Costa, was excellent.

Needs more tech in the rooms. Bigger TV. Wifi in the rooms needs to be stronger. Shower needs to be better. Too many old fashioned buttons for electricity, curtains. We had to go down to lobby to get better wifi.

- No wifi. - Not a good value for the price they are asking. - Very out dated and does not match the photos provided online (the photos show everything being new in the rooms) looks like AI generated images. - More like a 3 star rather than 5. - The water from the bathtub was yellow. - The fridge was hot and only for show, everything in the mini bar was hot. - The lift is from a horror movie, it has not been updated since 2002. - I feel like the property has a lot of potential but for that to happen they will need to provide a lot more love and care to their property and a well deserved renovation. Everything in the room/property is 20 years old. - Lucky we were only staying for a night or else I would have changed hotels. - The beds were so uncomfortable. - No parking (falsely advertised). - We did not even bother to try breakfast and wanted to checkout as soon as possible.

Only good thing was the view and the location
