We have visited Neos Marmaras for a couple of years and this was by far the best hotel we have stayed at. The hosts were amazing - always ready to help! Everything was very clean, the towels were changed every day, the room was cleaned everyday. There is a coffee machine in the room and the coffee capsules were restocked every day. The breakfast was very good and there were different choices - it is not the same every day - you can choose. It is a quiet place - great for relaxation. There is a restaurant right outside the hotel but there is a bar in the hotel as well where you can buy drinks. We usually walked to the city centre for dinner - it is around 20 minutes by foot but there is a “fun train” which you can take to the centre and back. The stop is in front of the hotel and it costs 6 EUR. The beach is literally in front of the hotel - 2 steps away. And there is parking which is ok for a bigger car. We will definitely visit again!

Lovely friendly seafront Hotel comprising of six modern spacious suites with swimming pool, sun terrace and flower garden - right next to the sea! It was peaceful and relaxing and all managed expertly by the charming affable Alexandros - who was a perfect host. There is a small cafe/bar, ample parking with breakfast served to your own suite, also bicycles & paddleboards which are free to use. Without doubt it's the best place in town!

Having to say goodbye!

Alexandros (the manager? owner?) was extremely helpful and friendly, recommending excellent places to eat, great beaches etc. The sea view room was terrific for watching the spectacular sunsets. Very comfortable bed and very good shower.

We didn’t use the pool - it looked nice but a little small and it just felt a bit too close to the road.

The place was like heaven - very calm, private, with beautiful views. The rooms were spacious and clean and very comfortable. The sea is so close and with very clean waters. The owner and all the stuff were so friendly and accommodating and made sure we had a perfect relaxing holiday. It was very close to two restaurants with amazing food where we ate the best fish. We wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely be back and recommend it to all of our friends.

Everthing was perfect. All our needs was welcomed by the very polite employees right away. Very good Restaurant is 1 min walk, sea is beautiful, swimming pool is very clean, breakfast is very satisfying, room has all we need like coffee machine, refrigerator and etc. Thanks for Alexandros.

Shower needs to be renovated even if it is new.

Amazing hotel!

Lovely, peaceful location with a great swimming beach right in front of the property. Nice pool to rinse off in after. The owner and staff were very sweet and friendly. Excellent breakfast, promptly in the room at the requested time.

The room was large and had everything needed with a terrace next to the quiet infinity pool which looked out to sea. Very relaxing and beautiful view. The hotel is a few steps away from the sea. The owner Alex and his mother were so helpful with anything we needed including making recommendations and helping us to book boat hire etc.

Whilst the breakfast is absolutely fine, it is pre ordered and delivered to room at a time agreed the day before.

Rooms and hotel are super well designed. Luxury for 3 star, super clean and we even did not have the highest level and still are room is very big. You are at the sea, there is a nice bar, great restaurants on 1 minute walking distance. Also the staff and owner are incredibly nice and sweet. Super good tips and always smiling.

Superb location, 5 steps from the sea, quiet village, very peaceful. Endless beach. Big room, brand new. Excellent service, the manager Alexandros is always there and always ready to assist, to recommend and to provide you with great hospitality. The hotel team is very attentive to any small requests. A good tavern is next to the hotel. Supermarket 5 min walk and village centre 20 min walk.

The internet is not stable in evenings. The breakfast is almost the same every morning.

Amyntas Seafront Hotel was an amazing place to stay with a wonderful host that made the stay exceptional. The facilities are modern and well appointed our room was bigger than expected and very well decorated. Now that I have discovered this gem I will be back, thanks.

Everything!! The entire property was so well kept and to such a high standard. Daily housekeeping was so detail oriented, including fresh towels always. Alexandros and his entire team were so friendly and made everything possible. It is an amazing location - close to great restaurants, and a 15 minute walk into neo marmaras. The pool was so nice to have. Easily the best property on the entire beach. He had paddle boards, boats and bikes for use.
