The location

The staff welcoming and Check out is cold. We park the motorcyle outside in front of the hotel in the reserved area of the hotel, the receptionist run to us to say it is forbidden to park here. This 1st reaction gave us that negative impression. Afterward not to much to say, but even during the check out, no smile, no words. Just roll up your invoice and bye. The hotel have no soul and seems to be left to unprofessional staff.

Oh, where to start. We had a beautiful room with strategically placed mirrors. The room was very clean, the reception friendly and professional. The hotel is in a great area with lots of beautiful restaurants, near the pier promenade. Right around the corner is a very good restaurant with a view of the sea. The hotel itself is an eclectic mixture of old European chic and modern elements. We will definitely come back here!

Location is perfect for your stay in Thessaloniki, if you are traveling out of summer season.

We stayed at this hotel during the summer and was disappointed to find that there is no air conditioning in the rooms — only in the reception area. The rooms had some sort of fan cooling system, but it was ineffective and not working properly. Even after being offered to change rooms (we tried 3 different ones), the problem remained the same. If you're planning to travel here during the warmer months, be aware that staying without proper AC can be very uncomfortable. The reception guy in the morning was polite, but unfortunately, that didn't make up for the lack of basic comfort in the rooms. We ended buying a fan in nearby store as it was impossible to sleep during the night.

Hotel is in a great location, near the sea and city center of Thessaloniki

Stayed at Andromeda for one night, and I wish they had been more. Got a deluxe room with fabulous side-sea view from the balcony - the room itself was full of mirrors and had all amenities I needed. The staff ever so friendly and helpful. I had been travelling around the Balkans and I was only using Thessaloniki as a departure point due to direct flight, but next time I will stay longer and explore better this surprisingly wonderful city - and stay here again.

A very good place to stay in the very crowded city of Thessaloniki. Certainly a good option if you looking for something comfortable and in a very good state.

The area is quite posh and crowded and pricy... but nice.
