Everything is excellent, meet our expectation because the price is affordable. Location is pretty faraway from city center but if we come back Santorini and stay in this hotel, we would take taxi or bus instead of walking uphill with luggages.

Everything. From free coffee, everyday cleaning, comfy beds, pool, amazing staff to location and facilities. Every room has a balcony and all amenities that ones may need. Highly recommend, great price value as well. Close to shops, car rental etc.

10+ Stars, one of the nicer, affordable accomodations we've stayed at throughout our travels. The staff are very relaxed, generous, friendly and helpful, they gave us many tips on things to visit and the best beaches in Santorini. The reception area is open throughout the day, with free coffee/hot drinks machine. We had the best machine hot chocolate we've ever tasted! They also provide complimentary snacks. Check in was fast with no problems. They let us check in an hour early as our room was ready which we were very grateful for. The room looks nicer than the photos. There is no window but the front door has frosted glass panels that make the room very bright, just like a window, if you need it. The panel has a good cover, the room was nice and dark to sleep in. Very good AC, we actually got too cold with it on. The towels were big and fluffy and the pillows were the perfect height and hardness. They clean very well, even the floor is spotless so you don't end up with dirty bare feet. There is a friendly and stunning cat who hangs around, white and blue like the city. And a nice pool and common areas. Plus a line to hang your swimsuit on, clothes dry very quick here. On our checkout day we had several hours to kill waiting for the ferry. The lovely staff invited us to sit inside the air conditioned reception area instead of outside in the heat. They also allow you to store your luggage before/after check in/check out.

It is a 20 min uphill walk from the bus station in Fira, but not too steep. If you have a lot of luggage that may be too tiring and hot.

As a family of 5 the pool was a massive bonus, not to far a walk from the town centre

Little bit of a sterile environment, reception very rarely open on the off chance anything is needed

Everything was great! 15 minutes from Fira in one direction and Imerovigli in the other. The gentleman at reception was very nice, he was also the one who ensured our transfers, an excellent driver.

I have nothing negative to say.

Amazing spot 20mins walk from Fira main bus station. Amazing staff and they had a tiny pool to cool down as well. Situated in the quite part of the island and close to landmarks.

I liked everything about this place.

Well designed clean room. The unlimited water, coffee and cookies one could take from the reception was great.

A flight of steep steps to climb if you want to take your suitcases from the property to the bus stop to go to Fira Bus station to take another bus from there to the ferry terminal. We had an issue or 2 with the lady at the reception but nothing too serious to write about.

The property is very clean with a lot of attention to detail . There are nice cool common areas to sit. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good it’s close to restaurants and shops and pick up points for day trips etc.

The location was perfect. There was no breakfast but there is free koffie and thee to enjoy

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, terrace and poll were quite nice too and value for money was good, specially for the location, of being 10 min walk from main areas.

The rooms were a bit small, but honestly was expected as I had seem other reviews about it and I am not a big fan of plastic curtain the shower area.

The location in Firostefani was just right for us. The pool was very pleasant and the air-con very efficient. Cleaning every day!

Nothing really

Conveniently located in a quieter area but walkable to main sites. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom was decent. We appreciated that water was provided at the reception as well as coffee and cookies. Nicely laid out albeit slightly dated in decor. Had everything we needed on a basic level.

Parking was confusing initially because one has to park behind the property and walk down some stairs, as the main street it's located on is a small residential one. Insufficient hangers, and hairdryer was not working. There's a small swimming pool but we didn't really use it and the operating hours was limited.

The lady receptionist’s behaviour and hospitality was great.

The location is too far from Fira bus stop and the walking road is also with high side slope. The mobile network wasn’t available throughout the stay.

Great location, the room is spacious and tidy.

The only downside is the very small shower area.

It was very close to the Fira-Oia hiking trail. Hosts very welcoming!

The property was very near firostefani plaza and was near Fira about 1km so was close enough for a short walk . Staff was good , free coffe and water was the icing on the cake . Definently would visit again if i was travelling to Santorino.

Decent location. Easy to reach major places of interests.

There is a free coffee/tea/water station in the lobby, there is a pool and nice smoking area, we were able to store our luggage after checkout until our ferry, the beds were very comfortable, there’s an AC unit it in the room, cleaning service comes every day, in a quiet location but still walkable distance to Fira
