Staff was attentive, warm and friendly.. The room had a kitchenette and an amazing view from the balcony. Close to the center. The owners were very hospitable and let us know about local restaurants and beaches.

Everything is planned or thought with a familiar care. The owner offered us a fresh and sweet lemonade as welcome. She explained us many details about the places to see near Pylos. The room was fresh and clean. The view from the balcony is amazing!! You can see the entire bay

What a pleasure to stay at the this lovely boutique hotel in Pylos! We had a two night stay in May while on our trip in the Peloponnese. Our room was super clean, spacious, comfy and with a lovely ocean view! As so many prior reviews have stated the best part of the experience was meeting Anezina herself. She was absolutely wonderful and a wealth of information for the area. My wife Joanne and I had a number of great chats with her : ) We would both stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend if you’re visiting Pylos!

Great apartment with a lovely balcony and fantastic views. Very easy to park (each apartment had its own space). Had everything we needed. Anezina was a fantastic host and she gave us so much helpful information on our arrival (plus a print out with a highlighted map) and some brilliant restaurant recommendations. She also lent us an umbrella for the beach. We loved our stay there.

When we travel, I try very hard to pick stays that are small businesses and tend to read most to all reviews before booking. So I can now verify that every positive review of Anezina is the absolute truth! We loved our stay here and Anezina (also the name of the owner) together with her husband made this one of our very favourites. The room/apartment was fresh, cleaned daily and had a lovely balcony with a view of he sea. I hadn't done as much research on this area of Greece as I had on getting the perfect room (LOL), but Anezina had plenty of advice and all of it spot on! We loved visiting the ancient Venetian castles she recommended. She also booked dinner reservations for us at "To Steki tou Vergou" in nearby Gialova. We liked it so much that we dined there two nights in a row. The sunsets were that amazing, and on the second night we got to meet Sofia, the owner! We will long remember our stay in Pylos because where you stay matters and sound and reliable recommendations from people who live there can really make the difference between an OK stay and an exceptional one! Thanks again, Anezina (we hope to see you again soon....!)

Our stay was made especially memorable by the owner, who is truly lovely—warm, hospitable, and genuinely eager to make guests feel welcome. Shortly after our arrival, she surprised us with homemade lemonade infused with fresh mint. It was a thoughtful gesture and incredibly refreshing, especially after traveling. The room itself was modest and perfectly sufficient for our needs, though it wasn’t particularly luxurious. Some aspects of the décor and furnishings could benefit from updating, but everything was functional and well maintained. What the room may have lacked in modern flair, it more than made up for in cleanliness—it was absolutely spotless. However, it did have a somewhat strong chemical scent, perhaps from recent cleaning, which was noticeable upon entering. One of the true highlights was the view. Our room offered a breathtaking, unobstructed panorama of the Ionian Sea. Waking up to the sound of waves and the sight of the sparkling blue water was a real treat and added a sense of serenity to our stay. Parking was completely hassle-free. The property has eight rooms and exactly eight parking spaces, so each guest is guaranteed a spot—something we really appreciated. Overall, while the accommodations themselves were simple, the hospitality, cleanliness, and incredible sea view made our experience thoroughly enjoyable. We would happily return.

like absolutely everything about this place the host and hostess were so helpful and friendly and made the stay really special. the view is superb from the big terrace and the room was lovely and cool in the evening with the windows open. Its a great location with the balcony facing the sea and Harbour. You can walk to the downtown square if you wanted to but we always rent a car. Nice size room with kitchenette and large refrigerator….comfortable beds and pillows. Anezina is such a helpful person…supplied us with maps and points of interest of which we did them all. Pylos and surrounding areas are very nice. Lots to see. Do not hesitate to book this hotel.

Excellent accommodation with wonderful views from the generous terrace. The studio was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The hosts were superb, and could not be more helpful in providing information about Pylos and the surrounding area. How nice it is to be greeted with a genuine smile.

The bathrooms are slightly dated but this did not detract from the experience, especially when hot water was available on demand.

Great position overlooking the marina of Pylos. The beds were very comfortable and the host could not do enough to please us and all her recommendations in terms of beaches, sightseeing and restaurants were spot on. Parking was available on site and it was a good walk or short drive to the town square. We were 3 families totalling 10 people and Anezina configured the rooms to accommodate all of us. Well done!
