The showers leaked into the room the first time we used them.

Location was great for restaurants and sights. Rooftop pool was a refreshing break from sightseeing. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. The rooms slightly on the smaller side with big suitcases but otherwise very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, away from the hustle and bustle yet only a 5 minute walk to Psirri Square, Flea market and the main strip. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and great to have a pool during the hot weather. The staff are very helpful and hospitable. Thank you!

The location is very good, at a walk distance from a metro stop . It is centrally located but not is a crowded and noisy area. The room was comfortable and well organised and clean. The swimming pool on the roof offered a nice way to break the long and hot greek afternoons. The staff was kind and welcoming

Not really a negative but we read lots of reviews about the hotel being intimidating from the outside, we did not feel this was the case and we’re so glad we didn’t let it put us off. We felt perfectly safe walking around at all hours, there was a lot of graffiti but it was in other areas too.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was a great location just a short walk from most major attractions and lots of fantastic food options nearby. The rooms were clean and small (which we were aware of when booking but more than enough for two) Staff were helpful especially Zoi at the pool bar who was exceptional and so attentive. Overall a fab stay and will be back.

Non existing soundproofing. We could hear everything that is happening in the next room and hallway. Room was very little and cramped, also very strange shape, non standard for hotels

People are allowed to smoke inside and around the pool. This should not be allowed. It is uncomfortable and unpleasant for the majority of non-smokers and families around the pool.

Front desk staff was quite cold. I didn't actually need anything from them, but i do have an expectation of a hello or even a little smile. it is the hospitality industry, after all.

I loved our stay at this hotel. The neighborhood is ideal, easy train from airport, tons of restaurants, bars, coffee, etc I wanted to go to. The room was huge and silent, I slept so well. I also took advantage of the lovely little pool.
