No toiletries-shower gel, Shampoo, Conditioner Steep Stairs from main lounge to First level then further set stairs outdoors to ground level. More info on lighting over stairs as power stops once remove keys!! Low head height over bed head and fridge- one quarter of room. Car has to be parked in public Carpark above!

Great Location right on waterfront. Walk everywhere. Close to all restaurants. Very easy to contact in shop below. Very helpful before arrival and waited up till 10pm arrival! Helped with Restaurant bookings!

Need to take care on one side of the room, where the ceiling slopes down, not to bump your head on one of the beams. Perhaps swap around the fridge and the hanging rail to reduce the risk.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location in the heart of Fiskardo. Anna Maria herself was a lovely host and incredibly helpful especially by securely looking after our travel bags before and after check in/out.

We loved the place, there was nothing we didn’t like.

The property was a lovely little upstairs apartment just a little bit back from the water front. Although quite small, it has a decent size double bed, a sofa and a little bistro table and chairs. Plenty of space for the two of us. The apartment and shower room were clean and nicely decorated. There is no kitchen, but the owner made sure we were fully aware before our stay. There is a fridge, kettle and coffee maker with enough cutlery and crockery to prepare a simple breakfast and to eat snacks bought from the local bakery. There are plenty of tavernas in the village to choose from, so we weren’t looking for place with a kitchen when we booked. The room was perfect as a base to explore the island. There is free parking a short walk away in the main car park of the village. We knew before we arrived that the property is above a bar that opens late, so we were prepared for it to be noisy at night, but we found that by closing the windows and shutters the noise from the bar was minimal. The room has air conditioning. The owner has a little boutique shop downstairs and was available if we needed anything, but we had no issues during our visit.

Clean, comfortable, compact. Comfy bed, good shower. Kettle and coffee machine. Host was available if needed and always friendly and helpful. Excellent central location - bakery, pharmacy, supermarket and multiple restaurants all within 3 minutes walk. We arrived in Fiskardo on the local bus service so had no need for car parking. It was quiet at night time during our 3 night stay in late September.

Anna Maria's studio was one of the nicest accommodations we've ever had. tastefully decorated, very large, great shower. we had a very hot week at the end of August and were delighted with the very good working air conditioning. (very quiet at night. we had set it to 26 degrees). Our recommendation for very good Greek taverns. (if you have a rental car) Taverna Veggera and Makis Restaurant. our preferred beaches. Agia Paraskevi Beach. (lawn and tree shade) and Jerusalem Beach with the tavern Odysseus

Modern, fresh presentation studio attic type apartment located in a square so we could experience the vitality and passion of Fiscardo. We could walk everywhere. Anna Maria was downstairs, friendly, helpful & welcoming.

What an amazing find! This is a generously sized studio in the heart of Fiskardo, looking over the main square and steps from the harbour. Anna Maria and her staff were friendly and helpful at all times, even helping me carry my large suitcase up the stairs. Quiet despite its proximity to everything!

Anna Maria ‘s studio is superb. It’s very clean and spacious with all the facilities you require on a summer holiday. The studio is right in the heart of Fiskardo. Anna Maria is amazing as a host, very genuine and caring. I will definitely stay here again.

I loved everything about my stay at Anna Maria’s cozy studio! The location was excellent, the place was very nice, spacious & very clean & comfortable! You can walk to all the shops & restaurants, Emplisi & Fooki beaches plus multiple swimming spots, even some Roman ruins! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, everything worked really well! Highly recommend this place to everyone considering Fiskardo. Beautiful place, a true paradise and the hostess Anna Maria was great & very accommodating! You won’t regret it!
