The only negative thing I would say that there are steps to go to the main square which was ok for us as we are mobile but for someone with not great mobility would be an issue to walk.

The hosts Andrianos, Chrissa & Nikos were delightful and gave us wonderful tips on the best beaches & restaurants in Vathis and elsewhere in Ithaki. The apartments are beautifully renovated, immaculate and perfectly clean! The views over Vathi are stunning! We are only sorry we were not able to stay for a longer period to experience the many wonderful places Ithaki offers. We definitely want to return again! Thoroughly recommend Antheon Apartments!

Exceptional. The house was totally renovated and was very cozy with everything necessary. Very well situated walking from the center of Vathi. The owners resolved all our doubts and left us welcome details. They provided us with help renting car. 100% recommended. We would certainly repeat.

Due to it's wonderful location overlooking the town and bay, this means a walk up/down steps. This is clearly stated but less mobile travellers should be aware of this. It is also located on a narrow, busy road, often with lorries passing so if parking a car - be careful. The exit pipe from the air conditioning unit could be better placed (probably into the flower/herb pot) because the courtyard/patio area gets wet and a little slippery.

The property is beautifully furnished. It has everything you need - very comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, including a bottle of water and a lovely welcome basket. Chryssa also kindly brought us a delicious bottle of her homemade lemonade. The bathroom is modern and the complimentary toiletries were replenished daily. Our apartment was ground floor but we had a small courtyard, large enough for a patio table and 3 chairs - it was lovely to have this outdoor space on a roadside house. Chryssa and her husband were friendly, helpful and welcoming. They took time to come and see us before we left to ensure our stay had been fantastic and to bid us farewell.

Super friendly and helpful hosts, amazing location with fantastic views. 5-7 minute walk maximum to vathy and 5-15 minute drive to various beaches. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We'd definitely return. Thankyou to our hosts.

Only down side is you can't see the sunset from the balcony but that's really not an issue.

Beautiful apartment! Comfy bed, good bathroom, great little balcony to have a drink on whilst looking over the town. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing I would say that there are quite steep steps down to the town so if you have mobility problems it might be tricky. Saying that I have a knee injury and I managed. Vathi is a beautiful wee town to visit.

It was a fabulous small apartment in great location beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The breakfast was delicious such a fantastic variety of homemade goodies. Niko and Chrysta couldn't do enough to make sure we had fab stay so so helpful really feels like a home from home.

This was a truly amazing stay. The rooms are cute, confortable, super clean and new. The people who run it are warm and very welcoming. The breakfast includes homemade traditional Greek delicacies, so a great start for your day. The view from room is also excellent.

We loved our stay at this lovely apartment in Vathi. The apartment is perfectly located with a beautiful sea view. It is very well decorated, perfectly clean and included every facility we would need. Really felt like home. Chrisa and Nikos are lovely, we would say are genuine representatives of Greek hospitality. We will definitely be back to Ithaki, Vathi and surely chose the same place to stay!

I loved everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Communication was smooth from the very beginning. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Adrianos, the proud young owner of the property. He showed me to my room, where his mom had left a delicious homemade jam, bread and juice. The room was modern, practical and chic at the same time. It was sparkling clean and smelled wonderful. The mattress was so comfortable that it almost represented a problem: it was so difficult to get up!!! Everything worked perfect!!! Adrianos did a great job with thre recent renovation. He also gave me pointers as to restaurants and boat trips to Asfales. The property has a great view of the town, and althought it may seem to be a bit far away from it, it is only a 10-minute walk. Location was key. Also, Adrianos' father was very kind and gave me a lift on my last day. I couldn't have asked for more!

We had an excellent 9 day stay at Antheon - the apartment was perfect (clean, central, modern) with all the amenities you may need and the hosts were incredible. The bed was very comfortable (there were even two kinds of pillows) and the shower was strong. It was a wonderful experience - thank you for everything Andrianos and Chrissa!

Breakfast was disappointing.

The location was fine with easy access to the town. The beaches were wonderful with excellent walks between bays. Everyone was very friendly. Restaurants were good value in Vathy.
