For the families with small kids opening and closure hours of the pool should be longer , at least from 8:00 - 21:00.

- Very chill apartment, we barely used the AC - Big yard for the kids to play, as well as great view at the green area and the pool - You have direct access to the back yard and you can enter the apartment from there - The beach is literally 5 minutes walking distance - Parking spot is covered and the car is protected from the sun - Hosts were very friendly and helpful - Overall highly recommend and definitely will stay at Ellin Fos villa again if visiting Hanioti

The place is very nice, clean. It's 2 mins from the sea. There are many restaurants and shops near. We really enjoyed our vacation here. Julia and Alex are super helpful and very nice people. Will recommend this place.

It was very clean; the apartment was equipped with everything; the hosts were polite - every time we had a question, they answered almost immediately. For me especially the pool was a very big plus... The location is also very good - there was a shop and a restaurant nearby. The centre is maximum 5 minutes away from the apartments.

The beach nearby is awful. "Gia Mass"-never again. No breakfast, no cleaning, this is not a hotel, no view to the beach. If you ask, you are given clean towels and bedsheets. No cleaning supplies were provided. We stayed there for 9 nights, we bought everything we needed to clean the floor and the bathroom. Toilet paper is provided.

So, this is a good and big apartment. Cyano beach bar is the best in the area in terms of price to quality ratio.

Good afternoon. We stayed in these apartments in July 2024. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean (not all 5* hotels are so clean and cozy). There is a cafe on the territory. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHRIMPS AND RIBS AND KEG BEER. Very close to the sea. I recommend this cozy hotel!

The apartment was fantastic, very big, comfortable, luxury, and very clean.. the best apartment that we have ever stayed in Greece. The pool and outdoor was also excellent. Alexey and Yulia are great hosts, don't forget to visit their bar and restaurant where you can find different kinds of beers, wines and delicious food. Location is great, few minutes to the beach and center. Highly recommend it.. Alexey/Yulia please keep for us one apartment for next year in June, as we will definitely come again :)

Everything was spotless clean, staff really friendly and helpfull. The distance from the beach really not too much, also the pool was very clean. There was not a thing that we did not like, we will definatelly go back next summer. Supermarket and resaurants were literaly 1 min away.

Apartment is close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Everything is new and modern. Aleksey and Julia made us feel like part of the family. We really enjoy our stay and hope to be back again.

Aleks and his wife were really helpful and super nice! We enjoyed the stay very much. Would recommend anybody who’s traveling with a larger group or family. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for a week. Supermarket, restaurants and the beach were also just a few minutes away by foot.

The size of apartment which is rather like an old garage converted into an apartment. Very noisy neighbours (including hosts) , dirty water in the pool, very far beach for children, parking problems!

Nothing! Very bad price ratio! Very poor quality conditions!
