Small bilding with 8 Apartments. Nice and quiet area. The kitchen is equiped with all you need to make breakfast or dinner. The view from the balcony is very nice and you can enjoy your drink, breakfast or dinner in front of the sea. They clean the apartment and change the towels every day. . Amazing sea view and terrace but as it was on the east side it was impossible to have a coffee outside in the morning after 8:00 am. I am sure in the colder months it is amazing to get the sunshine heat. Rooms are soundproof but if one does not enjoy sleeping with the A/C on would need to listen to the neighbors which are not aware that they are not alone in the hotel. I always wondered if properties could make guest aware of some basic noise schedule rules.

Everything was new, recently renovated, very modern and confortable design, spacious, big and modern kitchen with brand new appliances, amazing sea view. The bed is big and confortable, felt like a 4* hotel. Cleaning was impeccable with towels changed every day (which i think was too much). We also had a nice surprise to find snacks and breakfast basic food for a quick sandwich in the morning and a bottle of local wine. I also enjoyed the friendly cat that would welcome us every time we got back home, hoping to get a snack, but in a very friendly and subtle way :)

Excellent view, friendly host, appartment was clean when we came and each day they cleaned the appartment and changed the towels, not something that I am used to when booking an appartment. When we arrived, there was also food, drinks and snacks waiting for us in the appartment. Would 100% recommend.

It was so far from all the beautiful islands. You had to travel by car for around 40min to go to the famous beaches. At Nikiana the beaches wasn’t beautiful. Agios Nikitas is the best choice if you like to go visit the best beaches of Lefkada island. Also the conditioner was set directly up to the bed so it wasn’t comfortable to sleep because of that and the shower was so soooo small you can’t even move freely to grab the shampoo

It was clean. Anda the receptionist and also the owner was so lovely and helpful. The view was so good. They changed towels everyday and also clean the room. They had snacks and something in the fridge for breakfast. It was 10min by car near Nydri where you have restaurants, markets and also the nights were more populated.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at PHOS apartments in Levkada, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. As a couple looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Everything was fantastic

The apartment was very spacious, well equipped, modern, and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. The owners, Anda and Spiros, did everything possible to make sure we had a great experience. They were super kind and exceeded our expectations by far. They provided complimentary wine, milk, butter, bread, jams, and bread sticks. We arrived early and were provided with coffee in the reception and allowed to sit there until the room was ready. Anda provided lots of local information too. We were picked up from the bus stop upon arriving in Nikiana, then taken to the ferry in Lefkada Town when departing. So kind and we really appreciated it ❤️ We would highly recommend MY PHOS apartments for anyone staying at Nikiana. Amazing place!!

I absolutely loved this place! From the host, to the facilities and the view, and the lovely cleaner! I've travelled to many places in Greece over the years and have never experienced a view like this for the price paid! It was a brand new apartment (wish my own home looked like this). We had so many facilities including a fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toastie grill, air fryer, hob, cups, plates...list is endless! I felt so welcomed by our host Anda, I just know I will see her again definitely! Nikiana is fantastic, has great beaches, lots of nice restaurants and coffee places. Excellent supermarkets! I could live here! But let's talk about the views... incredible! Sea, mountains, boats....it's like heaven! I can't wait to return! I loved the fact the room was cleaned every day. Such a personal touch. Ideally located for a short drive to either Lefkada town or Nydri, both of which have even more fantastic restaurants! This island is beautiful! Do not hesitate to book. You will love it!

The only tiny negatives I would even mention is that the A/C was quite old and was noisy - that’s only a problem if you are a very light sleeper like me. Also the cleaning could be a bit better - it was never dirty but it felt like someone just cleaned very fast. Overall we really loved our stay and we would definitely go back!

The view is superb, the hosts really friendly and helpful - they even give complimentary bottle of wine, crackers, bread etc to welcome you which was really nice of them! The room was comfy and new!

First of all, the hostess was BEYOND helpful, welcoming, and friendly and she made us feel like we were home away from home! A+++!! She also welcomed us with snacks, a bottle of wine, bread, cheese, butter, and jam for us to make our snacks and breakfast, etc. The apartment included all the appliances (toaster, air fryer, stove and pots, coffee machine), and all the cutlery for someone to dine indoors. I give this a 15 out of 10!! Def coming back again!!! PS All the rooms have this amazing view you see in the pictures which was hard for us to leave behind :(

The apartments are great, you have the mountain on one side and the sea on the other. There is a kitchen with all you need to prepare food if you need to. The rooms are clean and spacey, towels changed every day (and also bedsheets I think). The balcony has a great view towards the sea and the mountains on the main island. The owners are really nice and polite.

Everything was good. We had a small issue with the hot water, but it was fixed immediately. They cleaned the room every day. There is free parking.
