Amazing stay! Staff were super helpful and friendly, the location was perfect, the view absolutely breathtaking. Clean rooms, great service, everything was just perfect, perfect, perfect!

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff were very attentive and the general manager was very accommodating. Luca told us about the history of the island and gave us detailed suggestions of where to visit in Santorini and some good places to eat. Petros was also very friendly. We had some great chats with him and he made delicious cocktails. We thought the hotel had one of the best sunset views on the island. We cannot thank you enough. Would definitely recommend.

Our check in experience was lack lustre. We were on our honeymoon and it would have been nice for someone to even acknowledge that or congratulate us but this did not happen We were waiting a good 20 minutes while another couple were being checked in and given “the tour”. Another staff member realised we had been waiting that long (after an 8 hour journey) and brought us to our room. We attempted on the following day to gain some more information on the island and the map which everyone else seemed to have from the hotel or just basic information about the hotel etc and we were again just left standing in the reception after being interrupted by the same couple who had been given ample time the previous day. I ended up leaving reception with my husband that day disheartened. It annoyed me given we had paid for a week in one of the premium pool rooms and not that we expected anything additional but a small fuss with just even information and recommendations seeing as it was our honeymoon would have been nice! Even a note in our room to say happy honeymoon would have been a nice touch! We didn’t even know where breakfast was our first morning which I feel is something basic for a five star hotel. The location while having stunning views has little to nothing within walking distance it would be nice if there was something else around. The two younger staff members covering the pool bar are a credit and were always very helpful

Everything! From the moment you check in you know you will be well looked after. The check in process was smooth and quick and we were offered our room very quickly even though we were early. The room and property in general is very clean and well thought out. The views of the caldera were just phenomenal. The sunsets we saw from our very own hotel room were breath taking. Also the breakfast was fantastic! Everything was absolutely outstanding.

The hot tub was not as hot as we would like. It was at about 36 degrees instead of 39-40 for those who like a hot tub to be hot.

Relaxing and amazing staff, hotel manager took his time to explained so much about the island, restaurants where to go and see.

Waaay below standards of what one would expect from a five star hotel. Extremely inefficient procedure during check in where they want to receive guests one by one exactly at check in time (from 15.00) and personally show them around which ends up causing a delay and forming a queue. A true five star hotel would opt for convenience and comfort of the guests, pretty sure the rooms were available long beforehand. Lots of other things fall below the five star hotel standards: quality of breakfast, service, location

Staff were extremely helpful, polite and courteous. Great location, Hotel rooms were clean, pool areas were kept clean and tidy. Hot tub was fantastic.

The pool and view are lovely

This is not a 5 star hotel. Room ready late on arrival. No iron available other than 1 that ruined clothes. Food available very limited. Service slow and staff defensive. Location dreadful due to the hotel trying to charge you for the shuttle every time you went to town ! Too far to walk. And had to book it well in advance.

Breakfast was great and the view was spectacular. The location was desirable ; able to get around entire island from that location.

I did not book a spa room and was given a spa room that was right by the pool. There was no privacy unless I closed the curtains and then the room was dark without a view. Morning cleaning staff did not respect privacy and would enter private spa / terrace area even when curtains were closed.

Stunning views. Close enough to action, walk or taxi. But really quiet. Very relaxing. Staff was incredible, particularly Konstantinos, Christina, and Luca.

Aperion Blue Santorini has a great location with beautiful views and excellent facilities. The breakfast was very good and we really enjoyed our stay overall.

However, the staff didn’t seem very attentive whenever we requested towels or water or anything else, there was little urgency or care.
