How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewThe staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, both indoors and outdoors, was excellent and made up for the fact that the property is older. The pools, both indoor and outdoor, were very clean and well maintained. The hotel also offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas, and the Wi-Fi connection was surprisingly strong-better than in many other hotels I’ve stayed at. The air conditioning in the rooms worked very well: although centrally controlled, it was quiet, effective, and could be adjusted by airflow intensity, which kept the room pleasantly cool. Sunbeds in the garden were free of charge, which was a nice bonus.
The hotel is clearly older, and the furniture and facilities show their age. The biggest downside was the food: the all-inclusive selection was limited, repetitive, and not very fresh. Drinks were from post-mix machines, with the “juice” at breakfast tasting more like flavored water, and it wasn’t even refilled regularly. The rooms were quite noisy, with sounds coming both from outside (hotel facilities, cooling units, etc.) and from the corridor, as the doors are not soundproof. On the beach, there are no sunbeds provided-only in neighboring hotels.

As for the beach facilities, while sunbeds and umbrellas are not placed directly on the sand, our hotel offers complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas to all guests on the garden lawn area, just a few steps from the sea. This feature is often highlighted as a unique advantage by many of our guests. This year, our hotel proudly celebrates 50 years of successful operation, welcoming numerous loyal guests who return to us year after year. Verified reviewWe liked that it had an easy access to the beach. Green grass is a nice touch although it was not well taken care off. It had a kids playground and fairly clean overall. The staff mostly was attentive.
It wasn’t what we expected for the price we paid. Food was not bad but nothing special either. They didn’t have any entertainment in the evening accept a dJ on Friday night Which was really horrendous. And we didn’t like Faliraki location overall so it was disappointing for us. There are many other less touristy beaches on the island.

Verified reviewThe location is perfect, beachfront and also very close to bars, restaurants and shops. All rooms have sea view, they are clean and spacious. The staff is also friendly and helpful.
The breakfast definitely has room for improvement. Even if we had it included, we skipped it a few times because the food wasn't amazing, and we preferred to eat somewhere else. Also, one morning the cleaning staff was very loud while cleaning the room next to us and they woke us up.

The hotel doesn’t offer guests its own sunbeds on the beach, there’s no a la carte restaurant, the beach itself is not really our taste - way too public.

Verified reviewThe hotel’s location is excellent — the beach is right in front of the complex, clean, well-kept, and the sea is crystal clear! The hotel staff is very kind, positive, and always smiling! The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and the entire complex are impeccable. In the restaurant, the food is varied, tasty, and there was never an excessive crowd — there is more than enough space. At the outdoor bar, cocktails are always professionally prepared! Every evening, there’s a different type of music in the courtyard, along with entertainment and performances. There are direct bus lines right in front of the hotel to Rhodes and other towns, as well as a boat stop right next to the hotel. The hotel also offers car and motorbike rentals, and arranging this was very easy, quick, and straightforward. We are thrilled!

Entertainment was great with a pinnacle of Wednesday Greek night music and food. Staff is exceptional from reception to the restaurant , cafe and room service. I have to mention 2 valuable members: Rula in cafe and Zorana in the restaurant. There is always free sunbed, beach is sandy…no shouting or drunken guests. In one word RECOMMENDED!

Verified reviewFood was great, lots of Greek options. The sunbeds on the grass and beachfront were really nice, never too busy and could always find a spot. Gym was well equipped for a decent workout.
Would not book all inclusive again, cocktails are included however what they don't say is the most popular ones are excluded like mojitos! Which is the same price? Made zero sense... Seemed like a way to get you to book all inclusive then pay more by having the more popular drinks not included? The air condition was poor only three settings which just seemed to control the speed rather than temperature so the room was a bit warm for our liking. Asked reception to send someone to have a look but never showed up.

This is standard practice due to the premium nature of these beverages. Regarding the air conditioning, our system is centrally controlled for the entire hotel. Guests can adjust the fan speed, but not the temperature individually. We understand this may not suit everyone’s preferences and regret that your request for assistance was not followed up promptly we will look into this to ensure better service in the future. Everything is old, rooms smell, you need to call and ask for toothbrush and for towels. They don’t even want to help you with taxi.

Verified reviewHotel is very clean. Food is good. Drinks are okay, for all-inclusive. There is an outdoor pool which is generally crowded but the indoor pool and gym under it was never "busy". There is a snack bar open during the day, next to the swimming pool, which is great if you have kids. Very big area for sunbeds and hotel has its own sand beach. Overall, recommended.
