Location, balcony view, friendly staff

The shower was too narrow.

breakfast was fine, location is great.

there was an old guy (probably the owner) sleeping in front of the reception when I checked in.

The hotel was clean and quiet, offering the basic comforts needed on our arrival in Kythira. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful and informative.

location..we were there in off season March on a spell of fabulous weather. The town had enough year round services to stay with convenience. We had a rental car for touring which was fabulous..

Bedding was very firm. Everything else was fine!

Wonderful, cozy, quiet place in town. Restaurants, bakeries, and little shops within walking distance. Nice balcony. Excellent breakfast! I hope to return someday!

Very nice courtyard taverna with very good food and service. Ideal location for ferry to Elafonissos island and close to Neapoli for ferries to Kythira

A lovely family-run hotel. Excellent breakfast with fresh orange juice, fresh eggs, a variety of breads, excellent cookies, cheeses, jams, yoghurt, and fruit salad. The position is quite central in the island, so one can reach different beaches and historic sites easily. The hotel is in the village of Livadi, but very quiet, so one can enjoy very pleasant naps and have a full night's rest. The family that runs it is very nice and helpful. It was a joy to meet them.

The hotel is run by a nice family and is very welcoming. Breakfast is excellent (fresh orange juice, fresh eggs, great pastry, excellent yoghurt, fruit). The rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel is in the village of Livadi and there are restaurants in the area, but we were not disturbed by noise (and I am quite sensitive to noise). Livadi is rather central, and one can quickly reach beaches, monasteries, and aarchaeological sites. We had a great time in Kythira and at Aposperides Hotel. Ready to go back!

The hotel is conveniently located in Levadi and lovely from the outside. The room was breezy if the balcony doors were open and completely dark at night if you closed the shutters. The breakfast buffet was fabulous - the best creamy yogurt, fresh fruit as well as just-squeezed orange juice, unsalted butter, eggs from the family farm, and of course all the croissants and breads you could want. We really enjoyed the family that operates the hotel. They are always available and responsible as well as friendly and helpful.

It's not anyone's fault, but i'd advise people to bring and use mosquito repellent.

Perfect location if you want to explore the island. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice terraces. Very friendly and helpful hosts. They borrowed us a sun umbrella and we spent a whole day at an unorganized but beautiful Kaladi beach. Very good breakfast with personal adjustment to our preference.

The bathroom was small but clean as the whole hotel and that compensated the small size.
