The location is great. Outside of the hotel has good space and there are activities available like free pool and 8 ball pool games. Parking available.

Unfortunately, the room did not align with what was advertised. We were given a room with five single beds that seemed more suited for a budget college dorm rather than the comfortable space we anticipated. One of the biggest issues was the air conditioning. They do not provide a remote control to adjust the temperature, so our only options were to either keep the balcony door open and deal with mosquitos, or remove the key card and lose all electricity. For something as essential as air conditioning, this was extremely inconvenient and disrupted our ability to rest. Additionally, the staff was rarely available to offer assistance and room cleaning only occurred once every four days, which felt inadequate for maintaining a comfortable environment. I would recommend that the owner look into these issues and make necessary improvements to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.

I had an amazing stay at the Blue Palm Hotel in Laganas, Zante! The staff (Pepe,Petros,Eleni) were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a lovely balcony view. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants and bars, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The atmosphere was relaxed and felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Zante!

Everything was perfect, from the position to the food. The staff it’s the best thing cause they make you feel home and always try to give you advice and what to do and to not do.

It’s in a good area, only 15-20 minute walk from the main strip. There are two supermarkets across the road from here. Also the air con is free which is a bonus but can’t control the temperature. There was a fridge in our room but some don’t have them.

Bed sheets had cigarette burns in. Had to find our own toilet paper as the rooms don’t get seen to except for your first night so we had bins overflowing by our third night. You never see staff to ask questions and when you do they never see to your needs. Overall, it’s okay for a lads holiday but if you’d like fresh sheets at least once a week and people to take your bins out so you don’t get ants then don’t come here.

The bar was great with so many food and drink options, pools were very good and staff were so kind and accommodating. Close enough to the strip and shops all around

I loved the lively atmosphere, great music being played, 2 swimming pools to choose from and of course the aircon. Having a bar and food being served all day. The owners Pepe and his lovely lady Helen and staff

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, the staff were amazing and were so welcoming and helpful.

Toilet and shower were a bit old and broken but fine for us on a girls holiday

In regards to me and my 4 other friends who recently came to stay with blue palm hotel we was all overly impressed with our stay for starters the price was amazing so cheap and affordable! This hotel is a family run business Pepe and his family was all so lovely it’s about a 15 min walk to the party end and have a mini market just opposite!on arrival we had informed them of our friends birthday and had a bottle of Prosecco on arrival and a decorated room they also did birthday girl a free cocktail and us shots! The rooms are just what you need for the price we had a fridge and aircon included! Pools are clean and got a bar right next to it with every drink you can think of and lots of great food options lots too choose from!

We had the best time staying here with friends! Pepe and Eleni were so kind and welcoming, they truly made our trip extra special. The rooms were very clean, the pool area was great for relaxing, and the on-site bar had a lovely vibe. The nearby supermarket was also super convenient

The blue palm hotel was a great place to stay. Came with 5 of my friends and had a great time. The hotel offers everything you need and is very comfortable and clean. The owner is so lovely and helped us out a lot whilst we stayed here. The pool area is very nice and spacious with a pool bar that offers affordable and tasty cocktails, food and drinks. The hotel was close to the strip yet not loud at night. 10/10 love it here !!

Great hospitality from the whole team

No being able to adjust aircon temperature, sometimes to cold and couldn’t turn it off

Pepe and staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant to deal with. After one person's flight got delayed they were allowed to stay an extra night for free!

This family run hotel is in a perfect location, everyone is terribly nice! We have stayed in several hotels in Zakynthos, but I can only recommend Pepe and his family's hotel! We had a very pleasant stay, they were helpful and kind! They met all our requests, we really felt at home! The accommodation was clean, cosy and made us feel like family from the first moment we arrived, which gave us a lot here on the island!

Everything was fine, we have nothing negative to say.
