Definitely squeaky beds even when you sit on it and towels, linen and kitchen rag had some odd smell, like they werent blowdried but hanged outside in the rain. Other than that everything was perfect.

Overall pleasant stay. Very well equiped studio, cleaned every 3rd day, spacious room, backyard etc

Accommodation and stay in this facility exceeded my expectations. Everything is in order and clean. Large apartment with a beautiful view. It was slightly elevated with the coast. The host is discreet, polite, and cheerful. I would love to come back.

Trapezaki beach is not the best beach I have ever seen. If there are no other tenants the warm water delays 2-3 minutes to come.

best place, best view (Ionian sea horizon and Zakynthos,) , very good accomodation, the house keeper was friendly and gave all explanations and support needed. Not too far from Argostoli (20min by car) , too close to Trapezaki beach (1km), too close to Lourdas beach (4km). The Lourdas beach is very good. There is super market at 500m and 2-3 taverns and shop serving breakfast.

I have no negative comments. Parking, accommodation, cleanliness, equipment, host, everything was great.

A really great pet friendly accommodation. The studio is spacious. We were accommodated in studio no. 8 with a wonderful view of the bay near Pesada and Zakynthos. There is enough parking for all guests. The house is on a hill surrounded by olive groves and is very nice for a real vacation. There is a market and a tavern a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. The accommodation is extremely clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. There is also a place for a barbecue in the yard, which is available to guests. The host Spiros is a wonderful and kind man ready to provide information and help. I recommend this accommodation and would be happy to return to it on my next visit to Kefalonia.

The owner was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with a beautiful view. There was air conditioning and a place to hang dry clothing and towels off the balcony. No lift to 3rd floor but outside stairs not difficult.

I wish the wifi was more stable. It was a little slow and I had to take my calls as voice only instead of video and presentation.

The location is very good, it's quiet and peaceful and away from noise. There is a supermarket 10 min by walk and the beach is also very close. My hosts, Liana and Spyros were very kind and helpful. I had an unfortunate allergic reaction and they provided me medication. They also helped with my transport arrangements.

The only downside I can think of is that the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. Having said that, the room is still one of the best we've stayed in :-)

Our stay in Apsedes Studios was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, with a stunning view. Very very well-equipped - the owner has thought about every little detail that really makes a difference and your life easier! We loved everything about it and would love to come back!

Apsedes Studios is amazing! It has a great view over the sea, it is very close to the main road, there is a supermarket on a 5 min walk, Trpezaki beach is also on a walking distance, and there are several taverns, bars and bakeries nearby. The host vas very welcoming and nice - he was usually around the house, always with a smile on his face. Also - this is one of the cleanest places I've been to! They changed our sheets and towels and cleaned the apartment every 3 days. The kitchen was equipped with everything - even a toaster and an espresso pot (beside the usual stuff). I also loved the garden in the back yard, with a small plateau with tables and chairs for a group of people, and a brick oven. Both the front and the backyard are beautifully arranged and decorated with flowers in colorful pots. I enjoyed my stay! Thank you Spiros!
