I can't really think of anything we didn't enjoy

Location is great, a few minute drive to old town. we stayed in 2 bedr beachfront mythica villa with private pool. The location of these rooms is great, easy access to everything. Guest relation Maria was great and accommodating. Pools were great, we had an amazing stay. The new waterpark was fun ...it could do with a few more loungers, but I think it's only just opened and looks like they are making space for more. Food options are great. Parking at hotel was easy. Lots of activities. Main pool is great!

Our room was dated, we have always had nicer rooms when staying before. Gym lacking basic equipment like weights. Drinks are over priced you will spend more on drinks at the buffet than having a meal out each night

New spa is lovely but the pools are too cold to go in

The additional drinks with half pension was expensive, specially the wine selection. The booking system for restaurant was rather stress full and did not always work as intended.

The internet was unstable. Router on the room but that didn't seem to be working.

Our waterfront bungalow was like a hidden gem, the hotel had great food and staff that made us feel like VIPs.

1. On the first day, we asked for coffee capsules. There were 5 of us and it took them an hour to arrive. When they arrived they gave us 4 capsules. The next day they already brought us 2 whole boxes. 2. There is only one small elevator for 4 floors.

The rooms were excellent in terms of size with a sea view—wonderful location close to Rithamino with a private beach.

Beach bar day time staff was extremely rude ! They been to busy talking to each other and ignoring people waiting .. when was 16:43 we wanted to order cocktail ( waiting 10 min as staff was busy talking with each other ) then the guy said to me 16:45 no more coctails . When I said but it’s 16:43 and I’m waiting 10 min he said and what and start lounging . Not a great experience :-/ especially that every one in a hotel is extremely nice apart from bartenders from beach bar ..

Beach is perfect , reception team extremely nice and helpful , food is great same as a staff working in main restaurant .

We initially had a mythical room but because I had asked that we had a shower we ended up in a room that wasn’t private enough for us as the bathroom was separated in a shower cubicle and a toilet. It was partially my fault as I had read we could have a room with either bath or shower so I mailed and said please make sure we have a shower not realising they would do this. The other rooms had bath/shower which would have been fine. Anyway, we asked to move and ended up in a lower grade room at the other side of the complex away from our mythical bungalow and in a room that was more like a Benidorm room. It was all a bit silly really as we were clearly downgraded but we were desperate for some privacy in the bathroom with a teenager. Also our initial room had a dreadful set up for watching to in bed … all three of us … as that’s what we do as parents with a 14 year old. The mythical room had a double bed facing the ocean with its to behind it that you couldn’t view . Crazy !!! The whole thing sort of spoilt the stay as our Benidorm room was well and truly outdated and pretty rubbish really. As loyalty members I guess we should have known better but making decisions over room changes on your second day is hard.

1. Too much bureaucracy; half an hour of paperwork for check-in, filling out the form for visiting the sauna! 2. Bar on the beach - a glass of ice with syrup and a small piece of pineapple (they call it a cocktail) for 10 euros! 3. Multiple problems with sinks in showers. We flood the room every time using the shower 4. Really cold water in the covered pool

I would score the hotel taking into consideration 3 factors: 1. Hotel itself 2. Staff 3. Facilities. Facilities are the strength, especially the baby club - Kri Kri and swimming pools. If you're going for holidays with kids that's perfect to have that kind of baby club available. There are activities for kids Monday - Saturday where you can leave your kid with other kids and the care is provided. They're having fun, playing, swimming, dancing - my kid loves it. The Staff is great friendly and smiled but the hotel as a building and rooms are not even near 5 stars - I will say it's a 3 star room. Needs to be renovated.

None of the below are major items, but small notes to consider. There are many restaurants and guest types. Keeping track of all the opening hours, including food and drinks per restaurant per your guest type, is very confusing. Menus don't necessarily reflect what you need to pay (it is never more than what's written). It is hard to plan your meals, I would prefer to make it simpler. The sea is not very ideal for swimming, especially with little kids. Even in the family area, there are sharp rocks close to the shore. Mini market is very expensive in the hotel but it has many things you might need but forget to bring. There is not much if you want to leave the hotel.

Room service and cleanliness were great. The staff was always very helpful and accommodating. There is pretty much anything you want within the hotel premises. You don't miss anything. Parking is available and covered. There is a great variety of food, especially local food options are available. Even if you go to eat a small portion, you end up eating much more in the buffet or taverna. A la carte options are also really nice.

Breakfast is varied and tasty. Good taverna with very good food and friendly staff. Lots of facilities in the resort, pools and nice bar on the beach.

Not much, check-in process was not the best and rooms feel a bit outdated but they are big and very clean. Besides that we really enjoy the hotel.

Clean beach and very nice swimming pools never had a problem to find sun-beds. Food was delicious and with enough variety to keep us happy for a week.

The service level was very high. We found everything which was needed for us and more. We had a lot of options for more kind of restaurant and the 'main' restaurant was fantastic. The 'a la card' restaurant was exclusive and our children were very happy for the parties near koktail bar at nights. I think it was 10.

very good all inclusive, both food and drinks where great. A bit old hotell and on the down side - the lifeguard in the big pool that was angry and telling both children and adults (in a not so good tone) that you where not aloud to dive or jump down in the pool.
