The water in de shower was a bit cold unfortunately.

It was a Luxury suite, close to the city centre. We could park the car in front of the apartment. We really enjoyed the stay.

The Deluxe suite in the bottom floor is a bit cave like. The windows are small and high up, but do have a sea view. The patio is in the stairs. The front door requires a lot of muscle to be opened and closed.

The apartment is renovated with style. A very beautiful and comfortable bed. Location good if you have rented a car, parking on the street was possible in the spring.

Only criticism is that there was no sign on the building, and this made it hard to locate. Plus, our taxi driver dropped us off somewhere completely different. It's just a 50 yards past Lakis restaurant on the left. However, I'm advised that a sign is going to be sorted soon, so it won't be an issue in the future.

Great comfy bed and high standard of accommodation for Greece. Very well thought out, eg, detergent to wash pots and dressing gowns etc. Owner was really helpful too and was on hand if there were any issues.

Being right on a busy road so was noisy at times and there are no pavements for easy walk down to the restaurants

Lovely newly renovated apartment. Comfortable bed. Good facilities, very helpful staff and we especially appreciated the late checkout

The chairs were not very comfortable but they fit the space. The shower was the type with no separate compartment but it drained well. The wifi was not strong enough to upload my photos.

For us the location was excellent because there was a place to park the car nearby. The apartment was stocked with plates and utensils to make catering easy. There was an expresso maker and pods supplied. The decor was nicely done. The view of the port was excellent. It was a compact space used wisely. There was a small balcony where we could dry our clothes after washing them in the sink (which actually held water!)

Its in the basement with tiny windows, when we arrive at the island, we let the owner knows that we arrive early in the morning and ask if we can enter early because check in is in 3 pm, he kept saying for sure you will enter the room early many times between 11-2:30, at 3 we said okey there will be no early entry then we went to the place, but unfortunately it wasnt clean at all, then when we discussed with owner he said because of the high season they couldnt clean, ı wish he said that at 11 am, instead of saying for sure you will enter earlier then 3… even at 3 pm it was dirty, and the room wasnt ready.

However, we had problems with the Wi-Fi. It was very slow and the issue was not resolved.

It has a very beautiful view, I definitely recommend this place.

For us there was absolutely nothing negative.

Location of the place was very close to center max 10 mins to the sea and center. The place is very good decorated and clean . We felt at home while staying. The owner(s) are very kind and answered every question only in minutes. The best thing was the view of course We will visit Samos and Archo suites for sure! Thank you

There was no one in the otel when we went.the lady in the next buildin took ne to the hotel on the other Side of the road making suspicious sentences.an old Man ooen the door and let us in.than Man called olur otel owner and talked with hım something greek.we dont understood.then Man took us to the otel and took the keyfrom the eindow and ooened room a litre.the öner of the otel bever come and called us for tree days.and çadır conditioning was broken and didnt work.disgraceful service,bever recommed.

There were a couple of issues and my biggest complaint is how they were handled, or should I say ignored. The air conditioner is in the kitchen and struggles to cool the bedroom. You can’t just leave the doors and windows open as there is a lot of road noise and noise from the village below too. Add to that the fires in Türkiye & Fourni when we checked in and the smoke & ash which led to a serious asthma attack for me. Sure thats not the hosts fault but if the a/c worked it would have been ok. The cleaner came on day 2 and agreed the a/c was not working. Perhaps it needed gas？ Despite my many efforts the host has ignored all my messages on WhatsApp and Via Booking.com & refused a partial refund. The only thing I received was a video of how to turn the a/c on which we clearly knew how to do as it was open and blowing, but not cool air. We checked out and found amazing accommodation nearby forfeiting over 900 euro. A pity as I was going to include this in our upcoming accommodation guide for Samos which I’m preparing with the assistance of the tourist board. There are also over 200 steps to the harbour below and parking is very difficult in August so it’s not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The view is wonderful and overall it seems well appointed.

Designed nicely and modern. Really nice vibe in the apartment and all you can need is available. Location is definitely perfect to have your dinner in center.

We had a very nice stay in a beautiful flat right by the sea. We got a free upgrade to a sea view flat from the very nice and attentive host and could look at the sea directly from our bed. The bed was very comfortable and all the facilities were perfect. We can highly recommend the flat.

The host was super friendly. Getting to town takes no time from the flat. The flat is nice, modern and very comfortable. The place was spotless and when we noticed we were missing an extra sheet the host brought us one in no time.

Communication needs improvement. The booking.com app would not allow messages to be viewed therefore we could not get the information via the App to access the property on arrival and we were not able to contact the host. Fortunately the information was emailed and I had previously taken a screenshot shot of the instructions which was essentially the only way we were able to access the apartment. The message access problem may have been within the Booking.com App but it certainly was a problem.

Nicely styled with a view to the sea. Double glazed windows worked well to keep the road noise to a minimum.
