Our stay here was exceptional. From the moment we arrived Dionissia our host greeted us with the biggest smile. She organised for someone to take our bags to our room. We were lucky to have a choice of two suites. We were very impressed with both of them. Multi levels, beautifully designed to enhance the castle period feel. With curved ceilings and stoned walls. The beds were comfortable, luxurious shower with jets, soft towels, slippers and even a complimentary bottle of wine. We had an outdoor terrace with an exit to the castle grounds which had a view of the ocean. Thank you Donissia for letting us stay at your beautiful place. Everything was wonderful. A unique memorable stay. ❤️

The host was very kind and accommodating. The apartment has a lovely shady courtyard, leading out to a public terrace directly over the sea. Very short walk to the bottom of the cliff where one can swim, easy access to everywhere on the rock (provided you are fine with climbing many steps, which is required wherever you stay in Monemvasia).

The airconditioning of the top floor above the staricase hits directly to the bed so we could not have it turned on while we were sleeping.

Very cute flat, had all the necessary facilities and the host gave us a nice wine as a gift which we loved, thank you.

Amazing accommodation in such a beautiful setting. The owner was so helpful and friendly. We loved staying here and hope to return one day. The location is great with spectacular views of the sea and right in the centre of Monemvasia.

Ardamis is located at the fabulous Monemvasia. Our landlady was kind and made our staying memorable. We celebrated my partner’ s birthday there, and she arranged everything to make this day not just an ordinary birthday but a lifelong memory. Our balcony looked at the sea and bougainvilleas.

A unique location. Amazing spacious characterful room in a quiet location but only a quick walk up to the main street with bars, shops and restaurants. Host was super friendly and welcoming. Mini fridge included water but also complementary 2 soft-drinks and orange juice

The decor of the apartment was excellent - a great mxture of modern and authentic and it had a great terrace with a view over the roofs to the sea from the spacious upstairs. The owner is lovely - very friendly and helpful. Although its not too far from the gate its down a fair few stairs so we used a porter to carry our luggage

We are older and two flights of stairs down to the bathroom in the night was not ideal but overall very comfortable for a medieval dwelling. The lighting to go down in the night was good. Ice in the freezer would have been nice as well as a way to warm milk.

Wonderful location - close to the town and the swimming. Check in was perfect and bag transportation was seamless. Beautifully restored and furnished apartments and loved access to balconies and courtyards.

Ardamis is absolutely wonderful!! Our villa was enormous with a downstairs lounge area, upstairs there was a huge bedroom and a terrace overlooking the sea. The lady who owned it was so friendly and helpful. The villa had everything you needed. It was beautifully decorated and just fabulous. Monemvasia is an amazing place to visit and Ardamis is the perfect place to stay. It's away from the busy main area and the downstairs courtyard was gorgeous.

Excellent location, beautiful suites, welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Will definitely come back. might be problematic for some due to stairs to and within the suit. (it’s like that all over the castle accommodations) but Ardamis have a porter that can help with the luggage.

This hotel is gorgeous and has a wonderful location. It’s a short walk from the gate, so not too hard to carry your suitcases in. Close to all the food options and so cool to be inside such an old city. The view from our deck was insane, we sat out there just admiring the ocean every morning and evening. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommended this hotel!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the Monemvasia castle town. Our room was full of charm and character, with stunning views and thoughtful touches. Cars aren’t allowed inside the castle, and we had a lot of luggage to carry over cobbled streets and stairs—but the hotel sent a porter who handled everything smoothly. Very impressed by the service. A magical and memorable stay!
