The area was so perfect...cant describe it with words. Majestic! Rooms surrounded with trees. Perfect food. Great experience for my 2.5 yrs old kid. Great work!

Location was great, view was breathtaking, the environment was unique, definitely something that takes a lot of effort and passion to create and maintain!

While I was only consuming food from the facilities of the park, I had a bad food poisoning. Maybe a single event but I would at least expect the staff to express regret and remorse upon hearing the news. Let alone the fact that we have not asked and have not been offered any short of compensation for the unfortunate event. We just delayed our check out for 1,5hour.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, offering stunning views from the room. Despite being short-staffed, the cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast was very good as well.

My experience with some of the staff, particularly during check-in, did not meet my expectations. They also enforce very strict rules regarding check-in, restaurant, and other facility opening and closing hours. If you are traveling with kids, ensure you have enough supplies to adhere to their rigid schedule.

The location, the whole place is like a fairytale .. fantastic, clean air, beautiful surrounding,, the stuff is amazing the food was great... hachapuri was awesome and everything was great

we were there on 7th of april... it was crazy hot in the room and the a/c did not do much, dont know why it just didnt blow enough cold air... outside you wore a jacket but in the room it was like Dubai.. and we could not keep the doors open coz there were a lot of bugs, flies and mosquitos and since there was no protective mesh on the window doors we were worried about our children.. anyhow... it was raining during evening so no bugs were visible.. thats when we kept the doors open to cool the room... which brings to another issue... we put the kids to sleep and were looking forward to chill with some wine at a terrace either side of the room ( one overlooking the mountain the other the cute mini lake ) but coz it was drizzling all evening and there is absolutely no shelter on the terraces from either side we were locked in our room for the whole evening and could not enjoy the terrace !!

Very nice location and scenery. We loved the nature and the transformation of the park is very romantic and cozy. Restaurant was nice, room was spacious with a nice balcony. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Maria who welcomed us was a lovely girl😊

Cleanness of room could be much better. Sheets had stains of something that looked like chocolate from previous guests and towels had several yellow stains as well. Not what you expect from a handsomely priced room. Breakfast could also be better.

Fantastic atmosphere and nature. Amazing little houses near the lake. Very good breakfast. Christmas fairytale. We loved it!

Difficult to book on weekends and holidays because of the high demand.

The place is beautiful! Views are amazing, there are so many things to see and expereience around. The room is beatiful, clean and comfortable and the breakfast is great!

Only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the noise coming from the room next to us. There were some loud guests and we could hear it all in the superior suite

I did not like the food. It was way too expensive and there were not enough options. Breakfast was basic and certainly not sufficient for a hotel that expensive. The worst thing was the fact that the park (hence the surrounding of our room) were open to the public. This made our stay intolerable, as to our surprise 15 buses unloaded more than 300 people who were strolling around our room. It was definitely impossible to relax in this overpopulated hotel!

Excellent services, amazing facilities and warm people. The location was fantastic and the access to the spot easy and safe!

Definetly not for families for babies and not value for money. We travelled with a baby - one year old- the room was clearly not for a baby, for example there was no place to change him, dress or bath him. Another example is that although there was a very small sink there was no soap to wash the bottles or let them dry. The room that was supposed to be deluxe however the amenities were not high end for example there were no bathrobes, slippers, very weak wifi (at the upper floor there was no network at all), they didn't restock the toiletries we were out of shower gel, and we used the one we had for our baby. Another thing is, although the hotel knew from day one, we had a baby they didn't tell us the room was far from the parking with a lot of stairs. Therefore, we had to carry all our bags and the stroller. Also, there was no soundproofing, and we could hear the couple next to us loud and clear.

Breakfast choices were very limited for the price you pay per night. staff and service of breakfast inexperienced although very polite. restaurant staff also inexperienced although very polite. Curtains in the room did not provide full shade. we will definitely visit again . but probably for a day visit.
