Excellent value, spotless, and perfectly located. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even storing our bags securely after check-out. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Milos.

Location to Plaka and the beaches is the best. Great breakfast!!!

The property is super close to the bus stop which was very convenient for me as I was not traveling with ATV/car around the island. The place is just outside of the very popular main town area which made it super quiet at night but you’re close enough to all the restaurants and shopping. Room was cleaned daily & staff were all super lovley. There is also an amazing bakery downstairs.

Wonderful and friendly owners made this stay worthwhile on its own! Prime location to beautiful Plaka, easy to park rental ATV, clean and a yummy complimentary breakfast on top that. All in all - a true gem - not to be missed!

The A/C was a bit slow and could benefit from a clean.

The staff was very kind, the location was perfect, and the free breakfast was a huge plus. The room was also very comfortable and quite spacious for two. It felt very clean and they had housekeeping everyday. I also loved the location - it was only a 5min walk from Plaka village. I definitely recommend renting a car, especially if staying in Plaka in order to visit the beaches throughout the island.

Super clean and has everything you need. The staff are really helpful and attentive. Great location too and the bus stop is right around the corner which gets you to Adamas in 10 minutes.

I enjoyed the property, nothing I didn’t like.

Location was 10/10, 15-20 minutes away from all beaches and 5 minute walk from Plaka. Has a big parking right next to it if you have a car and a bus stop too. Amazing breakfast and coffee. Hosts were so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend, we will be visiting again for sure! Such value for money!

The service from the staff was amazing

The decoration of the room was beautiful. The staff were very inviting and helpful regarding transport and all other enquiries. The bed was also very comfy.

This is the perfect accomodation to stay in Milos. The position is very convenient as it's within walking distance to the plaka and close to the North beaches. The room is comfortable, well equipped with tea facilities, iron and a balcony to hang wet clothes . Breakfast is delicious as the owners run a bakery so we had high quality food. Last but not least all the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful: I had a problem with my phone and they spent a lot of time trying to make it work and at the end the managed to fix it! I definitely recommend this hotel

All expectations were blown out of the water! An amazing place to stay, my partner and I had a very comfortable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly so accommodating and patient with us, (they even taught us some Greek words and phrases!). Our stay came with breakfast each day and we were very spoilt for choice. They are also a Cafe/Dessert Shop and their Chocolate Pie is a must try!!! The accommodation itself is a bus ride away from the main port. The bus literally stops right next to Arethousa. Walking distance from Plaka and an 8 minute drive to Sarakiniko Beach made it an optimal home base for our stay in Milos. Highly recommend and will definitely come again!!!

The location was excellent — you can easily walk to the center of Plaka on foot. There are also supermarkets and mini markets nearby, which was very convenient. The apartment and the room were both suitable for two people. We especially liked that the family owns a bakery on the ground floor, so you can enjoy a coffee anytime you like.

We booked both a room for two and an apartment for two in ground floor. The room was clearly of a higher standard and much cleaner. A downside in both cases was that we stayed for four nights and the towels were never changed, which was disappointing. As for the room, there were no other negative comments — it was well maintained. However, the ground floor apartment needed much more attention in terms of cleanliness. There was mold under the bath mat in the shower, as well as on the shower curtain, which really needs to be replaced immediately. As a result, we had to shower while wearing slippers. Additionally, the toiletries in the bathroom were all half-used. When we opened the lower kitchen cupboards to get the coffee burner, we found spider webs and actual spiders inside. Also, the area with the second single bed — located in the the kitchen — does not have air conditioning, making it unsuitable during the hotter months. It’s hard to understand why the rooms on the first floor were so well kept while the ground floor apartment was not up to the same standard.

Had the nicest stay in Arethousa! The family owners were super friendly, warm and helpful. The cafe and pastries were delicious. Excellent location, only a few mins walk to the main town of Plaka and a short drive to nearby attractions. The room was clean, well equipped, the wifi was strong and had a lovely balcony.

No cons, great value for money

Everything was perfect at this place. The room was super clean, spacious with big balcony. Everyday cleaning, changing towels. Not to forget to say about the amazing scent that they use in the room and in the building. Adonis, the owner and his family make this place a great experience, being client oriented all the time and being able to fix anything for their customers. A perfect breakfast is served at their bakery shop, where you have good variety menu to choose from. And also other local homemade products that you can choose, especially the famous and the amazing chocolate pie with ice-cream that is truly FANTASTIC, and it’s a must to try. Also very good located close to main atractions.

We had a fantastic stay at Arethousa Apartments. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Plaka, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay — he assisted with transfers, quad rental, and laundry service. Breakfast was included and tailored to our taste each morning, which made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!
