The internet is just.. HORRIBLE. Looks like the problem is with Ofryniou's communications as a whole - bad reception VERY SLOW speeds. If you plan to stay longer or you have to do some work - this is not the place. The closer to Kavala - the greater the speeds. The other thing - some of our neighbours were complaining that we use two cars (normal for a villa with 3 bedrooms) so I didn't understand where it is stated that we cannot park 2 cars.

Extremely clean, new, it has everything you need. Air conditioning works so well that you can get cold. Nice terraces. The beach is close, the town is close enough for a walk and far enough to walk a bit after overeating with delicious food.

The up stares room has the floor unstick and in night if i move to drink the sound was loud.

- The internet connection is quite weak. - More attention to cleaning details would make the stay even better: towels and bed linen are changed every two days, but the floor isn’t vacuumed. - It would be helpful if essentials like toilet paper and dishwashing detergent were regularly restocked. - Washing the curtains would freshen up the space, as they appear a bit dusty.

The accommodation is new, modern, and equipped with all the appliances you could need. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the beach.

Comfortable and clean!

The sea is in 100 m, some stones on the beach, but very calm and beautiful. There are 2 small beach bars. You can bring also your own umbrelle and chairs. There is enough place.

There was no WIFI at all, the signal was weak and it was impossible to use it . The hot water was not enough for 6 people with 2 kids. Owners told us to start the boiler 30 minutes before we bath , however it was not enough . There was a solar panel but it was not enough as well . The check in was in 15:00 but the property give us the keys at 16:00.

The house is very, new, nice and clean. Very comfortable for a family stay. It’s well equipped with everything one might need. The location is perfect - away from the fuss of the near by town, but close enough for a walk. The beach is very close to the houses and is a very small and cosy beach. The restaurant managing the beach offers a wide range of delicious greek food at a very reasonable price.

The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi — it would be great to have a stronger connection. Other than that, everything was amazing.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We rented two houses — one with 3 bedrooms and the other with 2 — and everything was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped, including an oven, baking essentials, washing powder, and even fabric softener. The sea was just a 1-minute walk away, which made the location ideal. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommend and would love to return!

There were a lot of ants and on some days there was almost no water pressure. Five people had to take a shower one after the other even though we had 2 bathrooms, because if you turned on the water in the bathroom on the 1st floor, it wouldn't run at all on the 2nd floor.

It is close to the beach, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We were with a dog and we were pleasantly surprised that they had left him a towel, shampoo and a bowl.

The house is wonderfull! Very clean, comfortable and the location is 2 minutes walk to the beach. We informed the owners, that we have two dogs and they surpresed us with beds, towels, shampoo and cups gor the dogs. Really very kind.

Everything was perfect!

This is honestly the first place we have ever stayed that was absolutely flawless. Contemporary villa with well furnished interior and good bathrooms too. Lots of water pressure in the showers. Fully equipped kitchen with NICE dinner service and cutlery that you actually want to eat with :) Comfortable beds and especially pillows. Three air conditioners. No through traffic on a perfectly quiet side-street. Parking directly in front of the villa. Nice little shop 15m down the main road. Really super sandy-beach 10m from the end of the street with child-friendly shallow sea. The check-in staff were great too. Last, but not least, there's a great little restaurant about 250m down the road, 'Paradisos Tsiporadiko' - tasty food at a good price!

The only disadvantage was the fact that the house on the other side of the street was being renovated, however they weren’t too noisy.

What we liked the most about this accommodation were the breathtaking view, the beachfront location and the fact that you have a team of people available 24/7, who takes care of the tourists’ comfort. Check-in was easy and fast. The staff was very kind, friendly and responsive. The apartment corresponded to the provided photos. The common areas were also well maintained. We were very happy with the overall experience and would definitely visit the place again. We also recommend this place to people who like to be close to nature and enjoy spending a quiet and relaxing time on a vacation.

Very nice villa, it has 2 separate bedrooms with doors, kitchen with everything you need and nice and big terrace with seaview. I recommend it for family stays.

We had a big terrace on the 2nd floor, but there were not any balcony chairs or table for coffee. We wanted to spent more time there and enjoy the view but not standing:) Also it will be great if there are some coffee capsules for the machine.(for the the first morning and using them for a model when go to the shop for buying the proper type)

As always in that complex we were accommodated in a new and well maintained apartment. We arrived out of the working hours but everything was organised for an easy check in. Close to the see, in a calm and relaxed area. We were welcomed with bottle of wine(nice gesture we appreciated a lot)!
