The second bedroom stairs were in the main bedroom. Some ceilings were very low. Nothing else!!!

At midnight, it was very noisy outside. It could be from a club. I couldn't sleep well.

All staff are very friendly, and it was fantastic to have breakfast in the room or on the balcony. The view from the balcony was great and nice breakfast. That was a great experience for us.

Absolute dream location at the quiet end of Fira (you'll be so grateful for that!). 5-star service and 5-star views (highly recommend the Rigoletto suite! Best view out of all of the suites). The staff was so attentive and helpful (especially Stacy!) and the included breakfast was incredible - served on your own balcony with no shortage of food. The pool is shared with just 5 other suites. We had our 5-year-old in tow and it was perfect for her also. Windows are double- glazed so it's also lovely and quiet.

We loved that 4 people could stay together in one room and still have their own space away. The villa and patios were always clean. The staff was so accommodating and kind from the welcome to the goodbye. Stacy, the hotel concierge, was so helpful in planing all our activities and transfers. Highly recommend this hotel.

The property was beautiful with an awesome view of the caldera from the pool area. The location was excellent and the staff were great. The breakfast was really good and it was brought to you promptly at your requested time ( best muffins I have ever had) Stacey was super nice helping us with our plans and giving us recommendations. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Not a thing. Aria Villas is literally a 10 out of 10!

Our Villa at Aria was absolutely wonderful! We had a million dollar view from our patio and hot tub area, with perfect photo-taking opportunities with Fira and the caldera in the background...especially at sunset! Our villa was so cool! It was like a cave vibe cut into the mountainside, but totally finished out in a modern style. Very unique, yet super comfortable. The location is outstanding and you are literally steps away from all the main cliffside restaurants and shopping of Fira. We were also just a 5 minute walk to the city bus station, where you can hop beautiful charter-style buses to the other hotspots on Santorini for only 2 Euro per passenger. We took the bus to Oia one day and it was just a 20 minute (very scenic view) ride each way. The bus drops you off right in the heart of Oia. Back to the Aria, the staff is just as wonderful as the accommodations. Stacy and her team were 10 out of 10 for friendliness, service and helping make our stay unforgettable. The amazing 5 star breakfast served to your villa patio each morning was the icing on the cake. We loved EVERY minute of our stay at Aria Villas and we highly recommend it for others wanting to experience Santorini right in the center of all that Fira has to offer!
