Over the past months, we’ve been fully dedicated to improving every aspect of our guests’ stay, especially after our first couple of seasons as a brand-new property. As with many newly built suites, we experienced a few initial challenges- but thanks to feedback like yours, we’ve made some important upgrades. One of the biggest improvements has been in our outdoor areas and pools. We completely replaced the old pool filtration and cleaning systems with brand-new technology to ensure sparkling, crystal-clear water at all times. On top of that, we upgraded the design itself-transforming the pools into stunning infinity pools that blend beautifully with the landscape. Guest can now relax in the water while taking in uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea and the iconic Sarakiniko scenery. It’s become a true highlight of the experience. During the summer months, many Greek islands, including ours, experience water shortages due to increased tourist demand and limited rainfall. At our hotel, we are implementing measures to mitigate these issues, such as istalling water-saving devices and collaborating with local authorities to ensure a more reliable water supply. We’re genuinely sorry your experience wasn’t as smooth as it should have been, but we’re very grateful for your feedback. To ensure your comfort throughout your stay, we’ve also increased our cleaning staff and streamlined our daily housekeeping process. Should any guest need anything during their stay-from an extra towel to a specific room request-our team is ready to assist immediately. Also we’ve completely upgraded the pool systems-replacing the older filtering and cleaning mechanisms with brand-new , modern technology to ensure crystal-clear water at all times. On top of that , we’ve transformed our pools into beautiful infinity polls, so you can now swim while taking in uninterrupted views of the Aegean and Sarakiniko. While our listing aims to provide an accurate representation of the property, we understand your concerns about privacy. We regret if the noise from neighbouring properties affected your comfort, though this can vary depending on other guests’ behaviour. As our cancellation and refund policies are set in advance, unfortunately we were unable to offer a refund in this case, though we do understand how frustrating such disruptions can be.
