We had a very nice stay - everything was comfortable, enough space, clean and close to the beach. We were specifically looking for a location in Karteros and this was perfect. The hosts were very nice and friendly. When choosing the place, space of the apartment was the key factor - as we stay with 2 kids we had sufficient space to entertain them and cater to their differing sleep regimes (and occasionally even work). Although the place is near the road it was not a problem at all - we had a great sleep.

We spent four nights here (21–25 July 2025) and frankly can’t find a single thing to complain about. Spotless apartment – floors, bathroom, linens, all squeaky-clean on arrival and kept that way. Genuinely friendly staff – quick check-in, helpful tips about the area, zero attitude. Location – two-minute stroll to Karteros Beach and a coffee shop right next door, so mornings were easy. Parking – on-site space reserved for guests; no circling the block. Self-catering perks – no breakfast offered, but the kitchen had everything I needed, from decent cookware to a working fridge. Value for money is bang-on. If you want a clean, hassle-free base by the beach, book it and don’t overthink.

The location, even if the apartments are next to the beach, they are also next to the road and there's not much to do around so if you want to stay here it's better to rent a car

I believe this place would be super excellent with 2 small things corrected. 1. The sign for the place is impossible to read there are no contrasting colors to set the name out. I passed the entrance twice and the second time I found it not because of the sign but because of the pictures of the garden in the booking page! Even looking at the sign, you can't read the name until you are right up on it, and then it's too late, you've passed it. Mano you need to do something about the sign 2. It would be great to have a microwave in the unit to heat up leftovers from the night before.

This place was excellent! It has recently been remodeled with new everything. The bathroom had a great rain shower. The beds were comfortable. Wifi worked percectly. As did the air conditioning. As a surprise, there is self parking on site! You just pull in and park in one of the available spots! Best of all, it was just outside the city limits of Heraklion and thus no traffic! There is also a great little bakery directly across the street for your morning coffee and treat. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance that were also great. The gentleman called Manos answered all my questions and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We loved the modern apartment that we stayed in, we had everything we needed. Cleaned daily. The garden is very nice and tidy. Loved the fact that it was right next to the bus stops and the trip to the city (Heraklion) is pretty short. Coffee shops, restaurants and market nearby, plus a very nice sandy beach just a few minutes away. The owners were very friendly and helpful. It was a lovely experience!

Great apartments whether you choose to stay in the standard room or in a suite. Suites offer two storey rooms that you feel you are living in the house. Both floors include air conditioning so that any season you stay is comfortable. There is also very nice in-yard terrace to enjoy quite time outdoor.

I wish the room was a bit darker at night. There was light from both the AC unit and underneath the curtain for the door.

The rooms were excellent. We had the apartment style ones on the lower level, with private patios. The beds were very comfortable- the softest we have experienced in Greece so far. Ice cold AC too!

We arrived late, Manos met us and kindly gave us upgrade. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious with all facilities. It had AC and nice balcony with a sea view. The host was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect as well, close to airport and 5 min walk from the beach.

My room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Modern and very pleasant. Very important fat that it was right in front of a Cretan Bakery, which was amazing for coffee all day ! You definitely need a car to go anywhere
