This is not a criticism: but the guests should know that: The nearest beach is very difficult to reach via two bad stairs that can hardly be described as such. We did take the somewhat easier route through a large hotel complex and had no problems. But it was off-season and therefore there were probably no strict controls. However, you can get to many other beaches by car in just a few minutes, which are very easy to reach. In the house itself there is a small bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The second small bathroom with shower is on the first floor between the two bedrooms. Certainly no problem for families. The first floor can only be reached via a very narrow, steep staircase. Certainly not ideal for people with disabilities. The kitchen could do with renovation, as could the showers. Unfortunately I can't give 10 points because of these things.

To say it straight away: If it were only up to the landlord, Ioannis, then we would have to award 100 rather than 10 points. We found the house in a complex with about ten houses built in the same style. I suspect the complex is about fifteen to twenty years old. The houses are surrounded by green areas and you have a beautiful view of the sea from both the ground floor and the first floor. There is a parking space for each house. Everything is extremely clean, the fridge was stocked with cold meats, cheese, butter, bread, water and wine for the first few days. It was a really pleasant experience. Ioannis offered a cleaning after three days and also brought a big plate of fresh fruit. There is very good mosquito protection everywhere in the house. This is also urgently needed.

Honestly everything was excellent.

Great facilities, nice quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature. Individual shaded parking spot. Great views from the yard and from the terrace on the second floor. The villa has literally everything you need, the host lives in the neighbourhood and provides anything you might need extra. Very nice beach is available (2 minutes by car/ 10 minutes walking).

We went as a family of 3. The villa manager Yannis welcomed us very warmly. The villa has 2 floors and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Approximately 2 km from Kripiogi center. Very close to Agora Beach. Also easy to reach Afitos, Sani etc. There was air conditioning in every room of the villa. It was clean, easy to use and functional. We were very pleased. We highly recommend it.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Super cozy quiet villa at a superb location, close to all good beaches and spots. It has all the amenities you need for a perfect stay. The sea view and the sunsets from the bedroom were spectacular. Everything was extremely clean and neat, the host was lovely and very helpful!

The trip to the beach might be a bit cumbersome by foot, however it's very convenient with just a few minutes ride by car.

Great host, always kind and there to help us with everything we needed; also pleased us with lots of goodies during our stay. The house is also nice with sufficient space to accommodate up to 6 persons.
