The accommodation is located on the promenade, but it’s very quiet and peaceful with no noise. The beach is just 10 meters away from the property, and each apartment comes with a set of sun loungers and an umbrella. The yard is nicely arranged, with several cozy spots for relaxation, and there's also space for children to play. The apartment is small but quite sufficient, well-equipped, and tidy. The apartment is cleaned daily, and the staff is friendly and ready to assist. The property also has parking, which makes your stay in Nikiti more convenient. It's an ideal place if you want to enjoy your first morning coffee on the beach.

It's not that we didn't like or anything, just a few notes for future guests: It wasn't a problem for us but for those that are sensitive to these things, the apartment is a bit crowded, the second bed is in a loft area just above. As I said we weren't really affected since we didn't spend much time inside even when we were around the apartment since we also had the garden. Also one thing to keep in mind that the parking is a bit problematic, but for us at least it was fine as about 20 meters from the apartment there's sort of an empty space used as parking. It's not maintained in any way so it's pretty dusty but it does the job. The only thing is to find an empty spot.

The location is very good, just by the Nikiti promenade. You get sunbeds included just on the beach in front of the apartment. It's not the best beach in Halkidiki, the entrance a bit rocky for about ten meters but after that the seabed is sandy. Also it's not the shallowest, it gets to about a meter and a half in depth and than it stays like that for a bit of a distance. There's also a path made of sacks with sand in the water to help get over the rocky part. Anyway, with water shoes there no issue getting over it. If you don't have too sensitive feet, barefoot is also fine as the rocks are not sharp, just a bit slippery. Also the property has a nice garden which gives sort of a buffer from the promenade. The apartments are just behind the Arsanas restaurant which is also nice. Also the apartment is clean, beds are comfy, the small kitchenette area has enough to prepare a decent breakfast or some light meals. There's no dining table inside but there's a one outside, in front of the apartment where you also have a terrace. All in all we felt very well, kids liked the garden and all in all it was a really relaxing experience.

Absolutely loved the location. It is very central in the middle of hustle and bustle but also quiet at night. Not noisy at all. Mrs. Angeliki, the lady in charge is very welcoming, helpful and polite. The maid, Villy is also super friendly. We felt very comfortable. Beach is gorgeous and our kids, 7 & 4 loved it. The apartment has everything you need. From A/C to Internet, a fully furnished kitchen with every appliance you can think of. Parking is a bit of an issue but we found a spot next door at a public parking lot by the beach. The front of the hotel shows Arsanas instead of Aristeas should you come from the beach side.

Acomodation is new, clean. Every morning is cleaned. And the garden is so beautiful. Arranged with love and tenderness. Near beach location and their sunbeds and umbrellas are always available. Parking is small but ok. Outside shower so you can clean yourself from salt water. Outside kitchen, fridge, everything is so supper.

Everything was perfect, apartment, location, garden. We have been there with a baby, and she was able to crawl in the garden. It is in the center of the Nikiti, but nights were quiet. We are looking forward to come back.

Aristea's house is amazing!! Super nice and calm garden, modern houses, great position in front of the sea... Perfect! I highly recommend whether you are a family or a couple! Thank you very much!

We had trouble finding the apartment. It is advertised as Aristea`s House, but it is actually part of "Arsanas traditional apartments". Aristena`s house has 2 apartments, and the rest of the villa is named Arsanas. So when you look for the apartment, look for Arsanas, I think there is a sign in front of the villa. If not, just look for the Arsanas restaurant, you can`t miss it.

Aristea`s House is an amazing apartment, located in the center of Nikiti, beachfront. Even though it is on the main street, the apartment is in the back, overlooking the garden, so it seems as if you are far away from the noise and the crowds. It is a maisonette, but since we were only 2 people, we used only the first floor. The whole apartment is newly refurbished and very modern. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was equipped with everything and it was very clean. It has a very beautiful yard, with lots of places to sit and hang out. Every apartment has a key to the sunbeds and umbrella located on the beach in front of the villa. Right next to the house was this amazing sea food restaurant with amazing food. If you are up for a relaxing vacation, this is the perfect place to be. Thanks for everything.
