Guests always have the option to choose different room categories. • As for mosquitos, these are naturally present in Crete during the summer months. The suites offer stunning views of the Aegean Sea through large windows and spacious balconies, as clearly shown in the photos and description. · The studio you booked is on the ground floor near the pool, which is specified in the booking details. This location can naturally be livelier during the day compared to the suites, which are designed for adults only. · Regarding accessibility, while there are steps in some areas of the property, the studio you stayed in can be accessed via a ramp at the entrance, so carrying a stroller up stairs was avoidable. All these details, including the absence of elevators, are clearly stated in the booking description to ensure transparency before confirming a reservation. Our pricing reflects both the premium location, just steps from the beach, free parking, large rooms with kitchenettes, and the quality of our suites, which consistently receive excellent feedback from guests. As a matter of policy, we strictly respect this sign and do not enter the room when it is on. As for the morning noise, we will pass your comment along to the team so that more discretion is used during early cleaning in the common areas. While our location is approximately 2.5–3 km from the old town, it offers a peaceful setting near the beach. Many guests enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and make use of public transport or rental cars for city access. Please note that the apartment you stayed in is listed on Booking.com as "Economy Apartment - Lower Level" and is our most affordable option. We suggest considering other room types for a different experience in the future. We also understand that being 3km from the city center may not be ideal for everyone. However, many of our guests appreciate the quieter atmosphere and the nearby beach, though we acknowledge that opinions on this can vary.
