We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomCurrently (July2024) there are some new villas/apartments being built next door so there was some associated noise during the day but please do not let this put you off as it isn’t a major issue and won’t be lasting much longer.
Family owned and run , and who were always on hand to make our stay special. Beautiful vista/sea views. Lovely pool area and chill out area , again with fab coastal views.

United KingdomGreat location - selection of restaurants and lovely cocktail bar just 5 minutes away. If you’ve got a car it’s also a great location to get to Argostoli and Skala in under 30 mins. Very clean, beautiful sea view from balcony, great pool with lots of sunbeds and a pool bar

United KingdomGreat stay at Aristomenis apartments in their recently refurbished rooms. Absolutely fabulous staff, great location (close to Argostoli for great evenings and the fabulous Trapezaki beach for the day), beautiful clean apartment with a gorgeous view over the sea. They’ve recently added huge sliding doors and a glass balcony so the view from your bed is breathtaking! The double shower is also a treat. The renovation is to a high standard and the beds are very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind - there was a terrible thunderstorm on our last day and the whole island lost power - they cooked for us in the dimly lit kitchen with their gas stove. They couldn’t have been kinder. Best cocktails, cake and fruit platters too!

HungaryReally nothing that i could complain about (not that i want to). Small kitchen could make the appartment 5+, but actually the owners have prepared all necesary stuff to have breakfast/morning coffee (plates, coffee machine, cups, etc) And by the way, breakfast is available at the poolbar.
Fantastic location, quiet village, great restaurants nearby, superb panoramic view from 2 balconies, nice and modern enteriour; very helpful and friendly owners. Clean pool, very cozy pool bar. I highly recommend to stay here. We would definitly come back.
