We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomExcellent modern villa, perfect for a large group. Beautifully maintained and close to two lovely towns - Rethymno and Panormos. As everyone says you do need a car but we found taxis really easy and helpful. The host Laura was superb, sent many great recommendations and really helpful in the lead up and during. The pools were beautiful (they are cold, option to heat them, but good for a dip when it’s hot).

GreeceWe loved it! Birds chirping all day, the villas were the perfect and most relaxing place to be! We wouldn't leave the pool until very late at night! The beds were extremely comfortable for all of us! Easy check in and out procedure!

GreeceWe came to the villa, as we are planning to get married soon, and we wanted to check if this place was actually existing! And it was so much more than we thought.. Everything was arranged for us in advance! The service was excellent. A warm welcome in a paradise location! The scenery, the pools, the comfort of the rooms.. The villa is fully equipped and in close proximity to everything you need, while the tranquility of the area is a huge plus. We are thrilled, and we can't thank you enough for all your help and suggestions to make our wedding an unforgettable experience!

United KingdomIf I was really pinicatey, it would have been nice to have a couple of more pillows on the bed. 4 instead of 2. You do need a car, but that applies to lots of crete.
Beautiful Villa. Beds are comfortable,air-conditioning is quiet, and outdoor space with the kitchen and pools are amazing. It's over 3 floors, two beds at the bottom floor, and one on the main floor with the open plan kitchen and lounge and one up in the loft. All have either a patio,balcony, or roof terrace. The view over the olive Grove and over to the mountains is lovely and a nice place to watch the sunrise. There are 3 villas we had the middle one, which I thought was the nicest one because of the patio space, with the olive trees and lights. You do need a hire car, shop a quick drive 4 miles I think is the nearest supermarket that we could find. 20 mins to Bali beach highly recommended and same again to melidodni Cave.
