How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

My first day it was no curtains or anything at all that blocked the sunlight. Very disturbing, since it was huge double sided window doors facing the balcony. Anyway, they fixed it the next day. Otherwise it had been unbearable with a temperature above 30°
Nice staff and Manager. You feel really welcome. Quite room with bath and a balcony for a good price.

The location is excellent, just 100 meters from the main train station. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the reception is available 24 hours a day. Additionally, the rates are very economical, offering great value for money. As my room located at the 8th floor it had a large terrace but the room was not equipped with air conditioning and the toilet was clean.

The floor and the sink were not clean. But what can you expect from a budget hotel.
The property was close to the Archipolis and the metro station. The price is suitable for a day stay.

We arrived to a room without air conditioning, despite it being pictured when we booked the room. The room was below average, very unclean, and extremely hot. The shared bathroom was very uninviting and the doors did not latch shut. When we asked if we could have a room with air conditioning, the staff were helpful and we were upgraded at our own expense. The room was slightly better, however cleanliness was very average.

Maybe they could have made the room look much better specially in the balcony area. Some of the furnitures are too old already and the curtains are also August 158 28 India falling down.
Its so near to all the tourist sites and the stuffs are incredibly nice and helpful. They are also not so strict when it comes to visitors and they operate 24 hours a day.

Small entrance area can be congested when a few people are checking in or out at same time..!!

The thing that made us uncomfortable was the toilet in the room. Whenever my spouse is in the toilet, I should go to the balcony or even to go out from the room due to the very thin glass wall of the toilet, and NO soundproof. All the activities in the toilet can be heard clearly from the room.
The location is 5 minutes walk to Omnia metro. However, if you like walking, the syntagma square can be reached by walking, like 25 minutes from the hotel. Also, this hotel has lift, easier. Another great thing, was my room at 2nd floor was spacious.

The blankets were so dirty that I decided not to use any of them and covered myself with my jacket. I wouldn't use the shower here (luckily I only stayed one night). The sheets were clean though. It's very noisy from the street. And the beds are not comfortable at all.

First room the receptionist gave it to us wasnt good at all because the door of the WC was broken (WC without door) so we already refused to get that room and he offer us after that a good room
