Awesome spot on the corner of the old town! We were given a room with a view of the castle, which is only a short walk away. The owner was welcoming and gave us heaps of recommendations. The shower was the best we have had on our entire trip, and the bed was comfortable. We parked on the street about 5 mins walk away, at the owner's recommendation.

The owner Nikos and the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. Linen (sheets and towels) clean and as new. Mini bar with goodies, free of charge. Very nice and quiet location, very close to the center. Castle view.

Very nice location just below the fortress, astonishing view from the terrasse. Large room with airco and good bathroom. The host is quite direct but very nice, he offers us some very sweet oranges when we left

Tiny bit loud (people were putting off bottle rockets in the open space outside our window the final night), but no big deal whatsoever (and that kind of thing can happen anywhere).

The owner was fantastic! He met us and was so kind - gave us a layout of the city (where to eat, etc.) and had some extra little touches (we were short an item - and he lent it to us no questions asked; he also provided us with some DELICIOUS oranges to replace the puny ones we bought from the store). Room and bathroom were very clean. Location was convenient.

The parking in front of the facility is a public parking, so availability is conditional.

The location is excellent just a few steps from the old city square. Great host. Upon arrival, he gave us some great tips about Nafplio. He also offered us some treats, and a bag of tasty, local oranges.

The rooms are a bit worn and could use a slight renovation. Everything was however working well.

The Asimoni Pension is placed right under the Palamidi fortress and in the city centre simultaneously, so the view from practically every window is utterly stunning, as well as availability and distance from sea. As we were settling in, we were kindly informed about the service, best restaurants and places to go by the owner. It's hard to even recollect, where else we were met with such good attitude. The rooms are constantly cleaned, the owners always answer your requests and inquiries. Everything provided in the description came to be true and even exceeded our expectations. Дякуємо!

The location was perfect! Close to everything! The water and snacks in the fridge and personalized recommendations when we arrived were such a kind and welcoming touch. We were only here 2 nights, but I wish we’d had longer to stay!

Parking was mostly okay as there were many public parking spaces. However, on weekends and public holidays, it may be a challenge to find good parking spots. (We stayed there for 4 days and only found difficulty with parking on our last night due to an event).

Everything was exceptional! The attention to detail and hospitality that was provided by Nikos was excellent. My wife is pregnant, and he offered to carry our bags and gave an option of being put on a lower floor. He provided many useful recommendations which made our trip extra enjoyable! He was approachable and was there when we needed local advise. The room was also exceptional! It was clean, the shower was amazing (best shower we've had this trip), some complimentary snacks and drinks were provided in the fridge, and the staff made our room every day prior to our arrival. We returned to fresh towels and linens every day. Asimoni pension is within walking distance to all attractions in Nafplio but is located on a street slightly off the main street. Hence, we were not disturbed by any outside noise. We would highly recommend Nikos and Asimoni pension and would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Nafplio.

Nikos was such a great host, he was kind enough to help with any questions I had and very friendly. I loved meeting the hotel’s bird Christos, also! A wonderful little hotel with a great view to the fortress.

Many mosquitoes and no nets so couldn’t open the windows. WiFi wasn’t very good.

Staff was great, location was amazing and we had parking right outside. The room was clean and they cleaned it every day.

The owner was great gave a a map and recommended restaurants / places to visit. Accommodation was old style but very clean and presentable. He gave us homemade biscuits, water and juice and beers in our fridge - thank you! A one minute walk to the steps to the castle and the old town. Would stay here again and would recommend it as in a traditional old town building.
