My partner and I had a wonderful 9-day stay in Kalamaki, on Zakynthos island. Asteri Studios looked exactly as in the pictures: beautiful, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. It is set in a quiet location, away from the noise, yet very close to the main street and only about 8 minutes by car from Laganas. We rented a car, which was an excellent choice, as it allowed us to explore the island easily. Our host, Vasiliki, was absolutely lovely: supportive, informative, and always responsive, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious, perfectly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Housekeeping was excellent, with daily cleaning and fresh towels and sheets provided regularly. We highly recommend both the resort and Kalamaki as a great alternative to the busier, noisier Laganas. Many thanks again to our host! We will return for sure.

The shower cubicle was very small.

It was central but away from the noise of the main strip. It was clean, had all the facilities we required and the manager was very friendly and helpful.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike!

The Asteri accommodation is second to none, you couldn't ask for more, from the facilities to the hostess, incredible lady, so caring. The doors are great, an outer defuser, an insect screen and glass door, makes night time sleeping very silent. Plenty of hot water for showers as well. I wish our stay could have been for longer, we will return!

The only minor downsides were the occasionally unstable Wi-Fi and hot water, and if you’re staying on the ground floor, you might hear some noise from people passing by outside. But if these aren’t deal-breakers for you, this place offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Asteri Studio! The hostess, Vasiliki, was incredibly kind—she treated us to delicious local lemon juice and even gave us a small gift when we left. The room was very comfortable in size and exceptionally clean—it was tidied up thoroughly every single day! There’s a small kitchen area which is great for preparing simple meals, and the bed was really comfy too.

Our stay was exceptional & would definitely recommend & return to see the lovely Vasiliki & family. The room was spotless on arrival, with hand soap & washing up liquid provided. Beds were very comfortable & loads of wardrobe space with plenty of hangers. Extra hotel style pillows were provided when requested, a lovely private balcony. A 2 slice toaster, kettle, 2 ring countertop electric cooker, pots & pans, crockery & cutlery. Air conditioned. You couldn’t ask for anything more. Don’t hesitate to book here🥰

Location is perfect. 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, restaurants,... 15 minutes walk to Kalamaki beach. The owner Vasiliki gives you a lovely welcome. Very comfortable beds. Opposite Asteri's studios 1 minute away you can buy 6 pack's of large Water bottles. So you don't have to carry so far to your rooms. Good internet connection. Nice size of the room with balcony. Shower with glass door.

One of the best accommodations. Very clean, simply furnished, but has everything you need to prepare simple meals. Frequent change of towels and daily cleaning. Great wifi. Vasiliki is very helpful and extremely hospitable, even allowed us to stay couple of hours after specified checkout. I felt at home, will definitely come back.

Very nice location, right beside lots of restaurants and bars and around 10 minute walk to Kalamaki beach, 30 minute walk to Laganas beach too. The host was very nice and the room was cleaned every day, the room was very comfortable with very good air conditioning as well.
